Don't even bother coming here. It is over priced and will take your whole lunch break. I placed an online order and came in as... soon as it was supposed to be ready. I ended up having to wait 20 minutes for my online order to be prepared after the employeegot through the line. At one point i considered just leaving and going to my usual spots Chipotle or Urban Plates, but since Ialready paid online I wasn't sure how I would be able to get a refund. A new customer came in and she ended up walking out after10 minutes with no greeting. This restaurant is not properly set up for pick up orders. I came in and it was a narrow spacegeared toward people waiting in line to order and make their bowls. I squeezed around the line to look for an order pick upstation like most restaurants have but this place doesn't have one. Once I finally got my bowl I rushed back to the office toeat it and it was mediocre. Not a good value at all. I regret trying this place. Read more

Food actually didn't taste bad, but it was a ripoff because it was expensive for ok quality in food & limited choices. It was... like $13.95 for only 2 choices of protein. There weren't many choices in toppings, avocado & crab meat cost extra. The lady whoserved us took forever to come out & actually take our order. She was rude & sloppy-looking. She also put waaayyyy too muchsauce in the bowl. Although the sauce was actually good, she put so much that it made the whole bowl like soup & everything wassoggy. Great location, friendly staff provided great service. Very clean. Bright and inviting atmosphere. Not busy at this time of day.... Food was very fresh and full of flavor. My entire party was very pleased with their choices and we all enjoyed our mealcompletely. Definitely will return. Returned in June 2018. Love this place. Healthy food options and you can customize what goes into your food. The small fish poke bowl looks small but... it is quite fulfilling. Place can get crowded sometimes, not recommended for big parties. When there is no line, your foodarrives quickly in general. Read more
