This review is for the location in Huntington Beach on 11th street. worst experience...out of 4 burritos ordered 1was right. The... other 3 were wrong toppings. I called and spoke to Alicia, supposedly the manager, she treated me with absolute disrespect,started arguing with me, she refused to give her name nor would she let me speak to anyone else there.. found out her nameotherwise. What ever happened to good customer service. My family and I have been coming here for years and often. Well nomore. You guys really should replace this kind of staff with competent people. The food was not good, they forgot to put some food in our bag. No napkins, or forks to eat with and the manager was not willing... to help when I call to complain. I wanted a refund he said he could not do it and I got charged for food I didn?t even get!!!! Read more

I was charged more than once for my online order. I was able to contact the location. It was nice to have 3 people call about... my problem. My card was credited the next day. I received a $25.00 gift card today "for my trouble". I love the food and amhappy with everything. Read more

On March 25, 2016 at 1:45 p.m. I visited the Chronic Tacos in Costa Mesa. You can imagine my surprise when I bit into my... Carnitas Taco only to discover there was a dime in the pork. Although I was taken aback, I did not say anything. There were anumber of folks in the restaurant and I didn't want to make a scene. What I did do, is write to Chronic Tacos to make sure theywere aware of this incident. The Director of Operations, I presume from this corporate office, did reply with his apology andeven offered to send me a gift card, which I thought was very nice of him. Well it has been over six weeks and guess what NOGIFT CARD ever arrived. So I guess this will be one place I will never frequent again. No class, no professionalism. Prettytacky if you ask me. They were clearly at fault and made no amends! Read more
