I used to LOVE Cold Stone, but the prices at this location in particularly are absolutely absurd. I ordered a Like It (one scoop... of ice cream) Signature Creation and it rang up to damn near $9.00! FOR A SCOOP OF ICE CREAM. You're better off for getting twopints of Ben and Jerry's instead. You will probably save some money too and will get way more bang for your buck! UnfortunatelyI won't be coming back. Who can afford this place?! Oh, and the best part was the iPad from the worker asking for a tipafterwards... You guys expect us to pay $9 for a scoop of ice cream and then ask for a tip too?! It would be a different storyif it was $3.99. No thank you. Read more

Do not come here. Workers will ask for tips and their attitude sucks! I will never come here again!

Worst experience I?ve ever had at any ice cream parlor. First of all, when you walk in there is no direction for the line so... everyone just clusters around and doesn?t know where to go. There was a girl and a guy working there. The girl was finishinghelping a couple and the guy started helping a large party of around 7. When she finished helping the couple, the girl proceededto start refilling everything in the store right in front of us as we waited for 10 minutes for the man to finish with the largeparty. We expressed our frustration to the guy and ordered our ice cream. The girl then came up to us and asked us if we hadbeen helped. We said yes after waiting 10 minutes for you to restock everything which is unacceptable. She then said ?Yeah butthat?s part of my job? without a single word of apology or sense of remorse. We replied with no, that?s not acceptable to leaveus sitting there and she continued to argue and say that restocking everything was more important. Unbelievable. About to pay $7for a shake and you are arguing with me? I don?t know if this is the management?s fault for not training them to value thecustomer or if they truly are incompetent people. Read more

I try not to write bad reviews and I have a pretty high bar of tolerance but I was pushed over the edge. I got to the store... intending to get a to go container with some ice cream for me and some for my mother. I could not see pricing or advertising forthe take-home options because there was a large group of noisy teenagers in front of the counter (non-customers). I asked aboutit and the employee started helping me. It was hard to communicate as the teenagers were directly in front of the counter andextremely disruptive. They appeared to be friends of the employee helping me. I wanted two different ice cream combinationsnext to each other in the largest take home container, which I have done before at a different location. If this wasn't possibleI would have just gotten two smaller sizes but I wasn't told this. Both orders were just mixed together. I was prepared to suckit up and take it anyway. But now a non worker showed up behind the counter, wearing a Steak & Shake uniform-- extremelyunprofessional. Also, the employees were not wearing gloves. I don't know if this is standard practice or not but I saw himtouch my ice cream with his bare hands. At this point I just wanted to leave as soon as possible, between the unprofessionalbehavior and the extremely noisy teens. The employee rung me up and it seemed high. I could not verify the pricing as thiswasn't displayed anywhere. I asked for a receipt so I could double check but what I received wasn't itemized, making it uselessfor what I needed. When I got home I checked online but pricing isn't displayed there either. I am very disappointed. Coldstoneis my favorite ice cream but reserved for a special treat due to the high prices. I did not receive the order I wanted, my foodwas touched with bare hands, and I was probably overcharged. Do better. Read more

Great ice cream but overpriced. It cost $7 for a small "Like It" size if you get it in a waffle cone and one extra super small... mix-in. Best to wait for their buy one get one free and split costs with a friend. Lol Read more

Just went today. I was given a $25 gift card at the end of the school year as a teacher gift. My husband and I used it at our... home Cold Stone for a Like It and Love It size. The charge was around $9.50 for both, leaving me with around $15 on the card. Wedecided we'd use the remaining amount on our vacation down south. Today we went to this location. We both got the Love It sizeand the charge was $12 and some change. That should have left me with around $3.00. The young man who rang it up messed it upsomehow and zeroed my card out. He got the manager (I assume) and she told me I owe $8.00. I explained to her what I just wroteabove and she showed me the zero balance on the receipt and told me that she wouldn't charge me for it, but she was keeping thecard, then walked off. So I left with no card, no receipt, and melted ice cream. Very disappointing and terrible customerservice. I'm glad our Cold Stone at home doesn't operate business this way. Read more

I went in last night 1/17/16 around 8pm, the two girls working were not even in the front when I walked in, when they finally... did come to the front, neither of them had a smile or a hello. I stood and waited at the counter for a few minutes, both of themhad their backs to me the entire time. One then came over and scooped a bunch of ice cream out into a plastic container, lookedup at me and said absolutely nothing, and continued about whatever it was she was doing. I ended up just walking out and goingto Golden Spoon. They were happy to see me and very friendly through the entire transaction. Don't even bother with Cold Stone, obviously they don't care about customers. Read more
