I used to love this location but haven't been back for almost 3 years! Too many orders of barely there food... bowls seem to be... only 1/3 full, double chicken hardly had any chicken & anytime you ordered with avocado... they wouldn't put it in! Otherlocations are fine but this is terrible! Hope they make some changes before they go out of business. Read more
My family and I were not happy with our orders. Some of the servers had bad attitudes and they kept getting customers orders... wrong. Customer service needs improvement. Read more
This store is horrible and embarrassing, the employees don't care about the customer. There were two people in front of me to... order food, I was delayed for more than 15 minutes and nobody of the employees came to take the food order. Standard issue El Pollo. Good service and good chicken. Want a healthy fast food meal? 3 peice combo w 2 salads no dressing is... about as good as can do and still he dang tasty! Read more

I hate to write bad reviews but this location is horrendous! Not only do they mess up your order, I question how clean the... kitchen is. Unfortunately, I was left sick after eating here. The pico de Gallo was disgusting and sour, my pozole was old andyou could tell nothing was fresh. I ordered through the app, went to pick up my food and it still wasn?t ready 20 minutes later.This location needs to to be inspected by the health department and employees need proper training.
