Today was my first time eating at Luna Grill! Needless to say I left impressed by the service I received tonight. You walk up to... the counter to order and the employees take care of the rest. Amir not only brought my food out to me but later also checked upon me to ensure I was enjoying the the koobideh kabob plate he recommended. I received my food in a timely manner and it wasextremely fresh, it also had very good flavor. Can?t wait to try something new on my next visit! Read more

Really enjoyed both the exceptional food as well as the service. I love Mediterranean cuisine especially chicken kabobs and... wrapped grape leaves. Found both to be wonderful! And the baklava? What a delight. Will certainly be back!!!! Read more

Food is good. Service is good, the manager is rude. He treats the other employees with RUDENESS and corrects/trys to train them... infront of customers in a poor manner. I can tell there isnt proper training as the manager expects people to get thingsquickly. Manager needs to learn to train in a professional manner,it was very uncomfortable to watch while waiting to pick-up myfood. (Oct 13 when I witnessed his behavior). Read more

The food was great and the woman at the register was lovely and provided excellent service. However, there was a relatively... unpleasant man working with her. Although he greeted me, he did not smile, was generally unpleasant and appeared unhappy andannoyed during the entire time I was in the restaurant. I have had nothing but kind, friendly, efficient service prior to thisvisit and the food is always great. Luna Grill Aliso Viejo keeps me coming back for more. I literally eat there everyday because the food is so good, the service is... so prompt, the restaurant is clean, and the employees are helpful. I would especially like to praise the manager. I believe hisname is Justin. He does a great job running the place. He knows my order by heart ( Bistro Beef Kabob Plate with utensils and 2extra tazikis). It is always ready for me when I get there and packed appropriately.
