My daughter dropped her smoothie right after getting it and made a huge mess inside. I was embarrassed, but the staff was so... kind. They weren?t rude or annoyed. A young guy asked what the drink was, re made it for free and cleaned up the mess with asmile on his face. That meant a lot to me. Read more
Horrible service with an extra dose of bad and disrespectful attitude! Please know that if you walk in you are not a... priority! Online orders are first so you will be waiting at least 20 min even if you are the only patron in the store! I?ve never been to Nekter until a couple days ago, i went to a different location but the person that took our order did not... seem to happy to be there but the smoothies were great. so i gave it another shot.
