Have not had a good experience at any McDonald's lately. Food took 20 minutes. Sandwiches were cold. Fries were hot, but VERY... salty. Half the chairs were on the tables. Half of the rest were not clean. I understand not having enough help. But McDonald'shas not learned to adapt to the issues. Read more
I've lived in Allegan all my life and this is the worst Mc Donalds! Want ice cream... nope ice cream machine is always... broken..... constantly out of basic food/ beverages and then today they completely ignored anyone who ate inside, focusing ononly the drive thru.. waited over 45 minutes for our food!! delicious food fast. Heart attack in a sack. I like the taste the taste is always the same GOTTA have a sausage biscuit for... breakfast a big mac for lunch and chow on some nuggies. I was a McDonald's in Allegan this morning and tried ordering their breakfast sandwiches two for five which is advertised on the... sign not only did they tell me they wouldn't honor the price. When I got to the window I told them that they should honor theprice. Not only did they not honer the price they wouldn't serve me and then didn't give me all my money back. This place is ajoke. Went thru the drive thru to order lunch. Ordered 2 quarter lb meals, and a double cheeseburger meal. This should have come with... 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks and 3 fries. It came out missing one of the fries, when the employee was informed, they argued backsaying the 3rd fry was not ordered, and went to speak with the manager. Another employee came out (not the manager) and said itwasnt ordered. We ended up irritated and left without the fry. Looking at the receipt, there was 2 meals, a dbl cheeseburger anda medium fry. Long story, this location does not have managers that can read their own orders and want to argue with thecustomers. Save your money for another location. I used to work at McDonalds so I know this is not how the situation should havebeen handled by McDonalds employees. Very disappointed. Read more
Wanted a caramel/butterscotch sundae. They only had chocolate. Gave me no whipped cream, no nuts available. Ice cream was... gritty, not smooth or creamy. Pretty much the worst McDonald's sundae I've ever had. This McDonald's apparently has zeroquality control. Not much of a "sundae." . Read more
The door clearly says dine in hours 6 am. At 7:30 I walked in took the kid 20 min to even see that I was there. Then says dine... in isn't open yet the door is locked. It was not locked and it says 6 am Read more
The service was great, however the food was terrible. My quarter pounder was actually crunchy and my fries cool. I was on the... road so it was a quick stop in that one. I'll be making again. Very disappointing. Read more
