We use to be frequent visitors of this location and let’s just say it has gone severely down hill. The fact that other places... were busy and this place had plenty of parking should have been the clue. This establishment was dirty and filthy - I’ve seencleaner West Texas gas station bathrooms. Our poor waiter was slammed and did his best but clearly the management was failinghim. When we got our food almost an hour later my son’s pasta look like it had been sitting under a heat lamp too long and wasdried out. A salad we ordered had spoiled lettuce. My husband’s pizza was cold. It seemed like our food had been waiting undera heat lamp for that hour wait. The manager apologized but it looked like she was having to do that to half the tables in therestaurant. Looking back on it now and how dirty the front of house was - I fear to think what their back of the house lookslike (kitchen). Needless to say I hope that poor waiter finds a better job that doesn’t saddle him with 12 tables and themanager be retrained or fired. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. It’s sad to see what was a very funplace become filthy restaurant with tables that cannot be adequately served. Read more
Beer lovers your gonna love this! A tart Yuzu beer, tastes like a touch of grapefruit with a great lager, not too sour,... refreshing in these hot days. My favorite at BJs is the Nutty Brewnette dark lovely brown ale with a toasty deep flavor, notmany do good brown ales anymore. Cheers! Read more
Needs some quality assurance checks before sending to-go orders out the door. Ordered through grub hub and this is what I... received. Dry nachos missing queso and no plastic ware for the rest of my food. I’m in a hotel from out of town so needed theplastic ware and napkins to eat. Read more
This review comes after 2 separate trips roughly a week apart from one another. The first trip I ordered a flight where all 4... of my glasses were dirty, and when I had the glasses exchanged 3 of the new glasses were dirty. My wife and I ordered a pizzaand a sandwich, both of which were cold on arrival to the table, and the plate to go with the pizza was dirty. For reference,BJ’s pizzas are supposed to be scorching hot on arrival, and this pizza tasted as if it was ordered 30 minutes prior to ourarrival. After dessert we spoke to the manager who offered to comp our meals, however we took home boxes so we felt it would beunfair to have them comp our meal. The manager then provided us a coupon for a free pizookie (with $15 purchase) and apologized.This is why we returned for our second visit. Our second visit, we ordered basically everything exactly the same as we did forour first. This being said, I was still given dirty flight glasses. In addition to this, the table next to us received a dirtyserving spatula with their pizza. When we presented the coupon given to us by the manager in response to our last visit, we weretold that it wouldn’t be accepted because it wasn’t valid until the day after. When I asked to speak to the manager aboutthis, she acted like she was doing me a huge favor by honoring the coupon she provided me (a $7.50 value compared to the $80value of our previous poor experience). Needless to say, we will not be returning to this BJ’s, or likely any other BJ’safter this. Definitely have had better BJs. They were out of wings so they gave us oversized thighs but forgot the ranch. Lemonade was TART... & had to be remade bc it made with an actual lemon juice base instead of lemonade. Chicken Alfredo lacked Alfredo sauce.Waitress was okay but busy. Lemonade was free = 3 stars. Spent $70 on dinner. One burger was completely charred. The other burger came on a sub style bun that we didn’t even order and... was so soggy we had to use our own bread and the lettuce was so wilted and wet. Drink was watered down with two half melted icecubes. The ice cream that came with the pazookie was completely melted and we weren’t even given the toppings for thepazookie. Terrible. This place’s weakest link by far is their floor staff(managers included) customer service, attention to detail, and their work... ethics. They also constantly leave tables dirty, a lot of tables. Staff is making continual laps with their hands empty eachway, passing table after table after table that has been dirty for 20+min. It’s y’all job that’ll be affected, not mine.I’m just a paying customer. Oh I sat in the bar. Turned around from my table and asked the bartender to make a drink (mywaitress had been nonexistent). Bartender only had one customer nursing a beer. Bartender told me I needed to tell my waitress.Had to wait a while again till I saw her. Great job. Read more
Service was so bad, I had to update this review. My previous visit to this same location was not spectacular, about 7 months... ago, and is appended at the end of this review. Staff changes over time, gave this place another shot after visiting the Planolocation and having awesome service. THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE/LACKING and it wasn't any more crowded than the Plano experience--it was less crowded actually as it was later in the evening. Never were our waters refilled, even after once telling my wifehe'd bring water. Our guests had to remind him to bring their beers. My wife's burger was raw, she ate it anyway as she doesn'tlike the negative attention from staff when orders are wrong (she has not felt good at all since, stomach ache all day today).And my prime rib was rubbery and none of the knives on our table would cut it-- I had to use my pocket knife as I couldn't flagdown our waiter. Before our entrees arrived, we waited a long time for our salads, then the entrees came! Where were thesalads!? The girl claimed the kitchen was backed up-- for salads!? BS! She sure brought them out pretty fast, but wait!!! wasn'tthe kitchen backed up??? Oh that was just a BS excuse. All my sides were salads, so they just served me prime rib alone. WTH!?They clearly weren't taking care of us and were never around. We had two wedge salads, one was literally half the size andneither were presented well, just slopped together, not even really a wedge. I did have to have them add more lettuce and bringsome extra dressing as one was tiny compared to the other. The prime rib appeared much smaller than the Plano location, but wedid not say anything. And the dishes just piled up and were never collected, until the very end, a couple were removed via onetrip, but some remained. As we sat and talked at the end of the night, several tables around us were filthy and full of dishesas the place was practically empty by then.
