I ordered delivery from this Chick-fil-A, and they forgot half of my food. I filed a complaint with Chick-fil-A regarding the... issue, as this is the third time I?ve had an issue with them. Chick-fil-A just responded to my inquiry letting me know there?snothing they can do about it and to contact DoorDash about any delivery issues. The issue isn?t with the physically delivery, itis with the location not giving me the food that I paid for, which Door Dash can?t control, Chick-fil-A does. Utterlyridiculous. Read more
This particular restaurant has gone downhill. The last 4-5 times we have ordered from here, our order is incorrect. The receipt... shows everything we ordered, but not all items are in the bag. Our most recent order was last night 8/10/22. They left out mychild's entire order, 3 items. We will not be giving this place our business any longer. I'd rather drive across town to theother Chic-Fil-A than come here. Read more

I Love Chick-filtly Consistent! 2) The food is Always Hot & Fresh! 3) The employees are Fantastic, Friendly, Always a Smile! 4)... They Care about their Customers, you can tell they Love their Job by the way they do their jobs, & by the way they treat theircustomers! My biggest pet peeve is: Making the effort to go out to get something fast to eat & not only is it Not fast-It maynot even my order & or It is 99.79% cold, at best mildly warm from heat lamp, which l absolutely despise! If I've gotten out ofthe house to come to your drive through, pay an exorbitant price for burger, fries & drink for 2, ($21.00,++ For Fast to Food!)The very least you could do is make sure to serve hot, fresh food, Every Single Time!!! Yes there can be ridiculously long lines and can be really hard to park but the employees are amazing. Kind and helpful. The... food is tasty and fresh. They have the best salads too. I love their healthy kid's meals with the fresh fruit cup. Fries aredelicious. There is a small, sound- proof play area that is clean and fun for the littles. I've never had a bad experience atany locations and order is always correct. Read more
My daughter wanted to eat here and all I ordered for myself was a cup of tortilla soup. At 1st they said they were out of the... soup and asked if I wanted to sub it with anything. I said no thank you I'll just take a refund but I used to reward on it.They then shouted that they did have some and would put it in the bag, OK great.
