This was by far the worst chili's I've ever experienced. It was filthy with funk from the 90's grand opening. The staff was... unprofessional, disheveled & inattentive with the manager sporting bad "bed head." The food was terrible. I mean TERRIBLE. We'dalready complained about the huge chunks of veiny fat in the brisket burger so we were too embarrassed to send back the bland,stale fajita nachos but the waitress should have picked up on that when we turned down a to-go box for the full plate shecleared off. I find myself asking, why am I still going to Chili's? I used to think of it as a casual place with consistently good food and... well prepared drinks for a reasonable price. Post COVID, while the food and drink are still basically the same, the price hasgone up almost 50%. In addition, the wait times are back up, not because there are not enough tables, but because there aren'tenough servers. So I find myself asking, isn't it just simpler to make my own drinks and burgers at home , or should I wait forit to start pushing $100? Read more
