Seriously don?t understand how this place is still open?! It makes no sense. Rude employees who don?t want to work and seem... bothered by customers showing up. I saw multiple people walk up to the door and leave cause they thought they were closedbecause the open sign isn?t lit up on a Saturday. I could go on and on and on. Whoever owns this place has to see all of thesecomments. They were out of over half their ice cream and had no cones?? And was made to feel like I was a huge bother byordering my kids ice cream.. whoever?s reading this, avoid this place?. Just buy some bluebell from Walmart. Read more
My husband and I wanted some ice cream and decided to go to Stonecold Creamery I was so disappointed with the way the place... looked It took my appetite away. My husband ordered ice cream it did look delicious but because the way the place look Icouldn't do it. There were several employees there but no one was attending to their surroundings. There was trash on thefloor, dried ice cream on the counters. When we walked in there was no one there so this should have been done during down time.I was very disappointed in the surroundings of the Creamery, companies have to remind their employees that cleanliness isinviting to customers. Worst service experience. Ice creams are not made properly and they are dripping upon receiving. We ordered regular, which shows... on board 7.99 and the person at counter charged 8.99 for regular size. When I asked he reduced to 8.49 and not to the price onboard. Not sure if they have anything called customer service. Read more
Horrible service! If you don?t know how to make the ice cream then politely ask someone else, don?t offer to get another ice... cream if you have it on your menu. & Also, for me to pay for a ?Love It? size shake, you should make sure it?s full all the wayup to the rim. NOT a ?like it? size amount. I paid faithfully 50$ for not even half the amount of ice cream. Definitely won?t becoming to this Cold Stone , i?ll drive the extra 45 minutes to visit the Garland location. Read more
I feel like for the amount of money you pay for the ice cream, it is overpriced and a waste of money. It was nine dollars for... about a cup of ice cream with one ?mix in?? the location was super busy, and the lobby was visibly dirty.. the staff was nice,but nice isn?t enough when the ice cream is expensive, and tastes like a generic brand you can get for a fraction of the costelsewhere.. I paid $60 for this 18th birthday cake?! It looks nothing like the picture of what I ordered and very sloppy work. Tastes okay.... Just very disappointing for the expense and occasion. Read more

Last night I stopped by this particular cold stone at 10:03pm and was greeted with workers who implied the store was closed just... under an hour of their normal closing hours. There were three guest before my arrival standing outside also curious why thestore was closed more than 45 minutes of closing. I decided to leave and head to Waffles and Icecream (quite delicious btw) butwas very disappointed when I couldn?t have my favorite from Cold Stone. It also appeared the workers had their friends in thestore while ?closed? very disappointed. Read more
