I like the selection of bagels, service was quick. But the Bagel isn?t packed and they didn?t offer me any sauce or seasoning... (olive oil, ketchup etc). Coming from NJ, I had high hopes finding this bagel spot but def didn?t meet the expectation I had inmind. It wasn?t bad but room to improve. I had a bacon egg and cheese on 6 cheeses bagel. I had an unfortunate event that ended well in the end. Joined the reward program several months ago, and submitted a survey and... get two free bagels. Tried a pretzel bagel and on way into the office nearly finished it, and hit something very hard,unfortunately so hard it cracked a tooth. It was not a good morning. Picture I took appeard was possibly a cut stone with coupleof gold points where perhaps a chain connected. I turned around and showed to the manager in duty and regional manager whohappened to visit that day. They transferred the object I had in a cup and were going to send to office to see what it was. Inever did hear back on what the object was unfortunately. They did make good on the tooth, which needed capped to repair it, anddid handle all expenses. It did take a while as insurance company kept searching for whose liability it was, course allinsurance companies do same. In the end, tooth is capped, pain occasionally, but should subside unless possible root canal infuture, but was assured anything in next year is covered. Accidents happen. I plan on stopping by soon to buy for our office asdo enjoy their bagels, and they were true to their word in covering my event expenses. ???? Read more

Very delish! Slow moving drive thru line and lox bagel was poorly assembled. However I will be back time and time again.
