I really HATE to write bad reviews BUT, this is an exception!! Last Sunday 03/20/2022 we placed an order for over 30 wings at... 6:30pm for pickup in Allen TX and was told the pickup time would be 7:03. I arrived at 7:10 pm allowing them a little extratime because it was Sunday evening. Upon arrival, I noticed there were NO parking spaces for the To-Go orders and also, afterspeaking with a guy in line was told that everyone had been there OVER AN HOUR!! I hoped for the best but, after severalconversations with the manager about my order, at approx., 8:40pm I was handed a bag and told ' We think this is yours'!!!! Needless to say, I was totally starving by now and had work in the morning, I took the bag of hoping for at least somethingCLOSE to what we had ordered!! NO SUCH LUCK, only 8 of the wings out of 34 wings was correct and they even forgot the 11 freewings which left us short of food!! Look nimrods, ALL I EXPECT TO GET WHEN I ORDER SOMETHING IS WHAT I PAID FOR AND IN THISCASE, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, BY A LONG SHOT. From the reviews here, it looks like this location for one has a huge area ofopportunity for improvement but that will have to be without me as, I will never go there again anytime this year!! So, YouStole My Money because you did not give me what I paid for, the service was TOTALLY unacceptable and you have the nerve toadvertise on TV every 30min how Great your company is, REALLY!!!! The smoked wings are really really good! I?d give them a definite 4.5. The thing that kills it for me is their fried pies. They... would get a 1/2 star. The crust is way to thick and leaves a greasy taste in your mouth. Nor is there any sweetness in thedough. The filling isn?t much better what there was of it. They need to roll the dough out a lot thinner and take the sugarcrystals off the top. It does nothing to help the pie. It is definitely a must skip on their menu. The boneless wings arecrusted chicken nuggets. Like the kind you get from Sam?s club or Costco. The actual bone in wings themselves were really good.Appropriate size for a wing, none of that skinny chicken chicken skipped gym day wings! The smoked ones were by far ourfavorite. Was missing a few items like Ranch Straws & Napkins.Other then that I Highly Recommend family loved the wings!
Not bad for the price, just off tasting flavors. Garlic Parmesan does not taste like what you would think. And the Apple bbq... wings taste like apple pie not a sweet bqq. Read more
Not an actual location. These are just wings from Chilis and there is no actual storefront for you to order. There is no option... for dine-in, and no reason for this to show up on google maps as a location. Read more
I was attempting to place an order online and I kept getting told the card payment wouldn?t process. I tried multiple cards to... ensure it wasn?t my bank causing the issue. I called to ask how I can get this resolved and the girl on the phone told me thatthey are really busy and they probably shut the online ordering system off and that I should call the Plano location becauseit?s only 4 minutes down the road. Why have an operational business if you?re going to shut your system off when you havecustomers? Don?t waste your time with this place. Read more
