When we entered the restaurant, the floor was mopped wet. Easy for somebody to slip. Person at the counter does not even bother... to tell us that the fries sizes are just small and large. Ask her if i can get a medium fries she just says no. No explanationat all. I even told the girl at the counter if they can put a sign where the floor is slippery and she just ignores me. Sorry tosay the service on that place really suck. Restroom also stinks and dirty. Read more
Food is hit or miss at this location. They seem to run out of food, at least certain items anyway. Service is typically pretty... great, though. I have not gone inside the building in quite a while, so I won't comment on the state of the building right now,except to say it looks fairly run down (inside). Therefore, my review is based only on drive-thru experiences. Read more
Drive thru employee working 10/14/22 between 12:00-12:30 was E X T R E M E L Y rude. Not only did he cut me off he misheard my... entire order. After giving the wrong food I'm trying to get his attention by eye contact and he ignored me. I honked my horn toget his attention and before I could even explain my order issue he cut me off ONCE AGAIN. He then snatched the food out of myhand which upset me so much I threw the rest of the food and bag back at him. If he hates his job then fire him. He just madethe entire store look bad with that terrible FUNKY attitude. Read more
Wife went to drive thru. Kids working there forgot one of our orders of mashed potatoes and gave us no gravy. When i tried to... call them to make it right no one would answer the phone. Check your orders, folks. Because as Joe Pesci said in Lethal Weapon2, "They f%&k you at the drive thru". Read more

Went through he drive today the 25 of August and the woman at the window and who took my order was SOOO patient with me. Lots of... new KFC choices so how do you pick? She was a wonderful woman with an attitude of I'm here to help YOU. I have been to thislocation before and was not really happy with the service but i have to say, at 12:45pm on the 25th, that wonderful woman needsto teach others what true customer service it. I told the employees I would give them a good review. All the food came out great. Other than mine. . I ordered a KFC bowl. ... They left out the cheese and gravy. I live 35 miles from one of these stores. Which it was supposed to be a rare treat. I'm verydisappointed. Plus I wasn't given a receipt either.. Read more
Local kids at the HS use the bathrooms for either smoking or doing something they shouldn't be. Staff was completely oblivious... and unwilling to take any action. Food was fast food and probably would recommend just picking up and going. Read more
