Every single time I order at this Marcos it?s AWFUL service. It took an hour and a half to get our order. They don?t have... anything, don?t put pizza sauce on it, forget something on your order and after delivery they just say sorry. Sorry isn?t goodenough. To top it off the MANAGER delivered our messed up order. Tells you how little she cares about her job. Do yourself afavor and avoid the frustration. Never order from this Marcos! Read more
I ordered a pizza and a salad. They were both put in the hot bag for delivery and then delivery was late. So my salad sat in a... hot bag for over 30 minutes. One of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences I?ve ever had!!! Pizza was delivered by a young girl who appeared to be mad and... left without even a ?Thank You?. Despite her unfriendliness, I tipped the girl $5, but worse than the girl?s attitude, was thepizza!! I opened the box and it looked like the pizza had been thrown upside down and run over! Cheese, sauce, and toppings wereeverywhere BUT on the crust - slices on top of one another and mushed up all together! Called Marcos and asked to speak to themanager. No manager on duty, so I spoke to ALYSSA who WAS EVEN WORSE than the rude delivery girl! Alyssa kept interrupting meand actually YELLED at me while I was trying to explain what happened. Alyssa was EXTREMELY argumentative, rude, andcondescending and is the antithesis of helpful. Alyssa obviously doesn?t have the ability to grasp the simple concept of?Customer Service? and is the epitome of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I demanded a credit, since Alyssa offered up nothing and finallyreceived one after my long and grueling ordeal with her over the phone. I now believe Alyssa was the rude delivery girl. Thedelivery girl and Alyssa leaves Marco?s Pizza on Main St. in Allen, TX in poor reflection and leaves me with a poor taste in mymouth. Edit to Update: We've given them a few more chances and they've redeemed themselves. Their Philly cheese steak pizza is really... delicious, I actually crave it! The wings are still incredible. I strongly suggest ordering them well done and plain with sauceon the side if you enjoy crispy wings!! So, so good!! Previous Review: Decent pizza, wings were pretty good! 2 stars for thewings. However, a few things I noticed were inconsistent distribution of toppings, inadequate cutting, and missing toppings. Read more
Worst place EVER! I ordered (for delivery)an Italian sub with extra ham, lettuce and mayo, not heated but cut. What I got was a... greasy heated sub with no lettuce, no mayo barely any ham and totally gross. I immediately called the restaurant as soon as Isaw the sub. The store didn't answer but left me on hold for over 20 minutes. I called back and again they just put me on holdfor another 10 minutes. I gave up trying to get through to the restaurant and decided to go online to do the feedback survey. Iasked to be contacted by the manager but no one contacted me. Instead I get an email offering me free cheesy bread for free withmy next order! Why would I ever order from there again? Horrible food, horrible customer service and 0 follow up. Last several times I've ordered from this store I've been very disappointed. They used to be great. Last week I got a pizza... delivered and it was very bad, the sauce was missing, one of thr toppings I ordered was missing and about 50% of the pizzadidn't even have cheese on it, just bubbled up dry bread. I drove it back up there and didn't even get an apology from theperson at the counter who seemed frustrated that they had to remake it for me. The guy who brought it back out to me wasfriendly though. It's not just this experience though, I get it, sometimes stuff gets messed up but as bad as this pizza lookedthey should have cared more about their quality to not deliver it. Previous 4 or 5 deliveries I got were either burnt, fetacheese on one of their special pizzas was missing half the time, guess they kept running out of it, always seemed to besomething that just showed a lack of quality and care. Many other poor reviews for this store make me realize it wasn't just mehaving bad luck. It's a shame because the pizza, when good, is amazing!
