ordered from door dash. ordered received at 12:26pm, order delivered at 12:42pm. Food was still cold. also, didn't even get... all the food I ordered and paid for and didn't get the condiments. the food i did get was just terrible. I think the realityis that once in a few years I have to order mcdonalds to remember why i hate mcdonalds. the answer is incomplete orders andcold food. mcflurries are still good though - whenever the dumb machine is working. I asked for a specific sandwich without cheese. They were not able to get it right the first time so I just went through the... drive thru no problem for them to fix it. They pulled me up to wait and brought the second sandwich. This second one STILL HADCHEESE. Had to wait for a third one to be made. At this point my fries and apple pie are cold waiting on the third sandwich. Iproceed to get back in line to get fresh fries and I get to the window and she can?t find my order for a medium fry. I then wentto the mobile pickup ordered the fries and asked for a manager. The manager was either not asked to come out as I requested orjust didn?t want to come out. If you get Gustavo to help you, you will wait an incredibly long time for simple order only to have him argue with you when he... contest you didn?t wait the time you claim you waited. I ordered a tote of cookies for the kids at 2:57 according to thereceipt. I waited at the ?forward window? for 18 minutes before deciding to pull through the drive through again. The stafflooked confused. I asked to speak to a manger. Gustavo came to the window and he was immediately standoffish. He claimed someonecame to the window 5 minutes after the order and they thought I ?just left?. Really? I?m just going to leave and not take what Ipaid for. Gustavo?s tone was completely condescending as if to insinuate that I was in the wrong. He said you left after 5minutes. I told him I waited until 3:17 and I didn?t appreciate him calling me a liar. He giggled and waved, ?have a nice day?. Now, I know this day and age a lot of the service industry is under staffed. But to avoid this kind of thing happening all youhave to do is apologize and get the order for the customer. Not get upset and toss claims of falsehood back at the customer. Itold Gustavo I want my money back AND I want the cookies. He gave me the cookies and the cash not ONCE apologizing for the factthat they clearly forgot me. There?s a Chik-fil-a right next door that does an amazing job with service. Plus about 10 otheroptions than McDonald?s to choose from. It will be easier to choose in the future. I went through the drive thru with a mobile order this morning, and accidentally drove past the first window since I had already... paid over the app. The older white lady that was working immediately stuck her head out and yelled at my car that I didn?t pay,which was fine, but she had an attitude which through me off. After I said I placed an online order and gave her my name, shehad the audacity to ROLL HER EYES AT ME when I said I didn?t want a receipt. All while screaming out the window since I wasalready at the 2nd window. She literally had an attitude because I didn?t want my receipt!! What was up with that? Read more

Didn't take pictures but the food was fresher than other McDonald's. My grandson wanted a triple Qt pounder the guy who took the... order only put in for 2 patties but the young manager Jay took care of everything and was friendly about it. Read more

I went here for lunch since I work in Allen TX, took money out of the bank $20 to be exact and ordered my food which was chicken... nuggets and a large drink. Handed the lady $20.59 and she hands me back $4.00 well I let the manager know and I was treated likeI was trying to rob them of money when all I wanted was my proper change back. How hard is it to pay attention to what acustomer gives you and do your simple job with simple math?? I won?t be back this is poor customer service. Read more

Hire me. Your manager in the red jeep ain?t happy. My daughter just wanted 6 regular nuggets? that?s all. I guarantee I?ll do a... better job. The smallest mistake, done twice, and she couldn?t hear me out. I paid twice for the same order and it wasn?t untilthe 3rd order a nice young man did it within 5 secs.. that?s a deep breath. Was asked to pull forward. Been waiting over 15 minutes. Still no food. 14 to 15 cats have gotten their food and left. Still... waiting. Went in food not ready. Got a refund after 20 minutes of waiting. 20 minute in a fast food place waiting for food withgas at $4.25 a gallon. Faster place to get food..canes, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, Chili's, Olive Garden, Pie 5. Need I goon? Edit: Their corporate office did call and apologize. They admitted the wait was ridiculous and not fast food. They are goingto work with that location to see it doesn't happen to others in the future. Read more
