This is the worst pizza hut that I have ever been to. Went in to order. Lady at counter was very rude. Tried to call in order... before arriving in person only to have staff pick up phone and hang up. Staff attitude cold and indifferent. Will never givethem a dime for food again. Read more
Pizza Hut is my favorite place to order from, but this location is messed up. I ordered a single pizza through the app, and... after 20 minutes after the scheduled delivery time I still didn?t have my pizza. When I called, both the driver and store workerwere rude to me. The driver claimed to have placed my pizza on the front porch, when I told him I didn?t he started yelling thenhung up on me. Finally got ahold of someone at the store again, and had to place a separate order and be charged AGAIN for mypizza. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
I like Pizza Hut, but this location just seems to have issues. I've had orders be wrong. Their pan pizza seems to be off... (someone else mentioned they might be putting the wrong crust in). They actually print the receipts without the code you needto leave feedback. If you order from other Pizza Huts in the area, they have much better specials than this one. Read more
Greenville Ave Pizza Hut in Allen TX is #1!! I always get fresh hot food there! The delivery drivers are quick and they actually... call or text you if any issues come up! I say all the time in these feedback surveys for a lot of organizations, communicationwith the purchaser of the product is the key to any relationship that ever existed!! Pizza Hut is great. I ordered online a pizza 35 minutes before they closed. Their system gave me a response that the order was... placed...a few minutes later that it was being made....and then 15-20 minutes later told the order was cancelled. Are yourserious? I think Pizza Hut hasn't come out of COVID well and I don't think I'll order from them again. Sad but it is reality andgotta face it. Wiser to order from a good pizza joint. Read more
I felt terrible for ordering so late?. But I work 13 hours a day. I was home and starving after work. Order Showed up early.... Food was GREAT. It would be a 5 star rating if it wasn?t for the contactless delivery? I opened the door to thank the person ITIPPED?? my pizza was on the ground and they were climbing into their car. Seriously? This location has absolutely the rudest customer service of any fast food restaurant. Believe it or not, this image is of a... cheese pizza with no toppings. Our kid could not eat this as it was burnt. The restaurant says "tough" and will not replace itand will not refund it. Read more
The Greenville location is full of nasty rude people. There is always something with this location. Ordered a few days ago and... deep dish was all crust. There was maybe one bite on most of the pizza and the rest was crust. One pizza was made wrong. Thenwhen I walked in the female manager Sethany was scratching her head, just nasty.
