I'm not sure why Cane's even has the option to place an online order when you still get stuck waiting another 10 to 15 mins on... top of the 15 min wait after placing the order. I place the order online so I can pick it up during my lunch break but, this isthe 2nd time I placed an order and had to wait another 10 mins for the order to be ready even though there was no one insidewhen I pulled up and only one person in the drive thru lane. My order was said to be ready at 2:03, I literally showed up at2:10 and waited about 15 mins. Every other restaurant I order online from has it ready when the app says it does but Cane'sneeds to get it together. My whole lunch break was wasted waiting. Read more
I stopped through on Friday night football night. I had just left work and all the kids were headed over to Canes and In and... Out. The employees at Canes were awesome!!! Super friendly, calm under pressure. They seemed to be having fun. I will return! Read more
