I'm not sure why Cane's even has the option to place an online order when you still get stuck waiting another 10 to 15 mins on... top of the 15 min wait after placing the order. I place the order online so I can pick it up during my lunch break but, this isthe 2nd time I placed an order and had to wait another 10 mins for the order to be ready even though there was no one insidewhen I pulled up and only one person in the drive thru lane. My order was said to be ready at 2:03, I literally showed up at2:10 and waited about 15 mins. Every other restaurant I order online from has it ready when the app says it does but Cane'sneeds to get it together. My whole lunch break was wasted waiting. Read more

On the way to a cookout at a friends house we stopped to grab lemonade and tea at the Fairview location. It was a Sunday... afternoon and only one person was in the lobby when I walked in to order. It took them 12 minutes to fill two gallon jugs!!!! Inthat time 5 other customers got their orders while I stood there waiting. After 8 minutes the blonde at the counter finally toldsomeone to get them since I guess the don?t show up on the menu screen for the crew to make. The employee who eventually gotaround to making it must have been part tortoise because he couldn?t possibly have moved any slower and went back and forth Fromthe kitchen to the front counter four times.
