This middle eastern lady has zero customer service skills. Just sitting on the phone starring at you to hurry. Makes you feel... uncomfortable to just be browsing the menu rushing you to order. She then asks if I?m ready I tell her not yet. She walks offtalking on the phone. I tell her I?m ready to order she continues with her phone conversation doesn?t even look up. Takes theorder and makes this sugary strawberry gross smoothie. She hands me the smoothie almost in a bad mood still on the phone. What ajoke. Horrible customer service. Oh and healthy lol.. there is nothing healthy about this. It tastes like straight syrup. The?after workout? is just a cup of juice with frozen fruit blended. First and last time here. Read more
I have been getting my smoothies from here for almost an year now and never had any complaint. Staff/owners are very polite and... friendly and they make great smoothies with good quality fruits/products. I don't understand why some negative minded peoplewould leave a bad review for small businesses and hard working people just because they "accidently" had a bad experience. Weare all humam beings and we all make mistakes, and we should give each other a chance to make it right before postingnegativity. Read more
I would give this smoothie factory a rating of zero stars. I had paid for a smoothie and accidentally over tipped the staff... member, Tony. I asked for a refund for the overtip but was told by Tony She did not know how to refund the money back. Tonycalled the owner who told her that she could refund the whole amount. When she refunded was in the process of refunding me backshe said it will all be refunded back to me in a few days. She also said that she needed to charge me for another smoothie sinceI will be refunded for the total and tip. Tony told me I needed to pay for the smoothie again and took another payment for thesame smoothie. When I looked at my bank statement I had been refunded back for only the smoothie. in essence, I was charged$19.51 for one smoothie. Confusing service and rude staff member. The smoothie was not very tasty. I have had better smoothiesfrom Smoothie King and Family Health Market in Frisco. There was no sign or note on the payment pad that day. i wish to have mysmoothie refunded to me. I have put in a call to corporate if you are refusing to refund my money. This should not be this hardto get a full refund of $9.51. Read more
Confused by how this place has such great reviews. They use canned pineapple and frozen blueberries in my dragon smoothie bowl.... And has zero flavor.. only thing fresh about it is the banana.. will not be going back. Read more
The products and smoothies here are top notch. I get my protein and vitamins here and they both work great
