I'm a new Starbucks convert, but I reguarly go now. Every store I've been to has been outstanding when it comes to friendliness... and customer service, with the exception of this one. Want to be the only one standing at the counter and still be ignored?Here ya go! Want super slow service because the staff is too busy chatting amongst themselves? This is definitely the locationyou want to hit up. Want to have your order repeated back to you, but yet be made completely wrong and left sitting on thecounter while you continue to wait? I think you see where I am going with this. Yes, they offered to re-make my drink, butthey had wasted enough of my time and I got a refund. NEVER EVER will I return to this location. I usually go to Twin Creeks Starbucks. The service there is awesome.On average I spend 30 to 50 a day on Starbucks. I have gold... cards for myself, my elderly mom and my two teenagers. However they ran out of my tea due to a shortage so for 1 week I havebeen going to Krogers Starbucks which benefited great;y by me going because I spend a ton of money in the store. Anyhow Ipurchased my tea and I always go back for a refill. I asked her if I could get my refill or did I have to wait. She was veryugly and treated me like I was trying to get a free drink. She even said, Didnt I give you a free tea the other day?' If your aVIP on the Starbucks app and you can order a premium drink then you can get a refill in the same visit. The store rings it upas a refill and the app (not the store) takes it off. Im not sure why the manager was so ugly about it but she seemed to think Ijust wanted free drinks. To treat a good paying customer like they are trying to be deceptive is a bad business practice! Read more

The barista charged me for a grande that I had ordered but made me a tall drink. She recognized she messed up after she made it... and I politely asked if she could just refund me the difference and not worry about making a new one. She called the managerover that said they don?t do refunds and won?t make me another drink. Only giving two stars because the barista seemed like anice lady that made an honest mistake and the drink tasted great, but the manager is ridiculous. Never again coming here Read more

The one star rating is solely based on BAD SERVICE. I waited almost 15 minutes for a basic Cappuccino. Why? I'm still trying to... figure out the answer to that. Orders that were placed after mine, were promptly prepared and on there way out the door withoutany delays. When I inquired about my Grande Cappuccino I was given the following response . . . "Oh, when did you place yourorder? Oh, wait a minute . . . this must be yours." The next thing I know, a luke warm Grande Cappuccino appears out of nowhere,accompanied with a "Sorry about the delay." I have been to many other locations and never have I had a bad customer service until now. Very bad customer service and even... worse when it was a supervisor on duty. I ordered my usual grande zebra or tuxedo and the first thing the guy told me "this isnot a zoo!" I couldn't believe nor was he joking. When I confronted about his disrespect comment and it was rude he just said"ok" didn't even apologize nothing. Never thought Starbucks standards for guest service will be this low. Read more

I'm very upset with this location, I am a very frequent starbucks visiter and I always order the same thing every single time I... go so I am VERY familiar with how much my drink should cost. However on 6/6/16 when going through the drive-thru this starbuckscharged me more then what my drink actually cost. After paying, I asked for a recite becuase I wanted to see why the totaldidn't add up and had to sit in the drive-thru for an additional couple of minutes only for the batista to come back and tell methey didn't have a recite. So this store up charged me and then refused to provide a recite, probably knowing they up chargedme so they wouldn't have to deal with it.
