Horrible, I?ll never go to this location anyways. I WONT BE BACK. I always go to my Exchange Starbucks. They know me there. I go... every morning to Exchange. Totally different experience. Had to go to this one this morning to this location. Lady in thewindow was super rude. Ruined my whole morning. Didn?t even give me a receipt for my coffee. Just closed the window. I waitedfor a minute. But I had to drop kiddos off and go to work. Couldn?t wait to long. Unhappy like she didn?t want to be there. Read more

At lease they are always usually open. One near me exchange seems to close alot. Always good coffee I think

If I could put 0 stars I would have. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Rude batista or as Starbucks likes to call them, partner. Wrong... drink made. Had to wait 10 minutes longer for the correct drink then when I arrived at work I realized that there were nostrawberries in my Pink Drink. Come on. There was only one other customer. Please put on your mobile app if you?re closed inside for cleaning or any other reason. Hate mobile ordering and then having to... sit in line behind 15 cars to get my order. It was cold. Update: Just happened again. 20 cars in line. Just can?t come to thislocation again. Read more

Hands down the best Starbucks...ever. I typically order custom drinks that I don?t specify ?how many pumps of this or that? and... they tastes the same across the board, no matter whose working that day. I have been to Starbucks all across the country andthis location is the most consistent, every time. And of course, their customer service is phenomenal! Drive thru on 9/19/20 at 5pm. No one answered on the order speaker took minutes then to I got my order after 10 minutes but the... wrong order. I ordered ice macha green tea latte venti and they prepared the hot one. Has to wait another 5 minutes. To make itworst they filled my cup with full of ice almost up to the lid. Harley (sp?) demonstrated amazing customer service while things were very busy. The drive though line was about 6 deep and while... I was at the window waiting for my drink she slowed down long enough to have a 2 minute conversation. It was refreshing to havesomeone slow down long enough and care enough to ask about my day and she seemed to genuinely care about my response. Veryrefreshing. Coffee was awesome too, but you know, that's Starbucks for ya. :) Read more
