Signs say they open at 7am and online says 7am. Went at 7:20am they said come back in 10 minutes. I went back and they now say... don't open until 8am. The employees here make it seem like it's an inconvenience to them when you want to place an order. Read more
We turned up an hour before closing but they had already sectioned off the lower tables. My girlfriend has a progressive... neurological disease and uses a wheelchair and we were not allowed to use one of the lower tables and were treated with anattitude by the woman server who said that section was closed. She told us to use the high tables or the bar while clearlyseeing my girlfriend in a wheelchair. She was very rude and I don't understand why we were not allowed to use the tableallocated for those in wheelchairs. We ended up not buying a sandwich as there was nowhere to eat it and will not be buying fromthis location again. My girlfriend felt very upset. Read more
I just had back surgery two weeks ago. My daughter takes uber to Subway to get us some food. Arrives at 7pm the woman said they... are closed. Hours are 8am-8pm and should be Honored. My Daughter had to go elsewhere to get us food. Very poor service. Read more
Worst subway in town! Not friendly and wouldn?t speak anything but Spanish, maybe she thought since I?m Italian I understood... her?? Very unprofessional... The woman at the front is very rude kept screaming at me in front of customers about how the iceisn?t free!! charging for water?? Charging for ice?? ???? please hire better people that don?t scream! I entered at this site this morning and the girl that was serving was acting bothered and disturbed. I ordered a sandwich only... meat and cheese for my daughter and I wasn't finishes but she started serving the gentleman without asking if we neededsomething else. When I pointed out that I wasn't finishes and needed a pretzel too she rolled her eyes ,said something to thecustomer and get back to me really bothered. Worse experience ever .... Read more
This is the best subway in and around allen. I have been to subway in stacy and greenville, shiloh and 14th but this place... inside walmart is by far the best. Employees here are very nice, gives a smile and provides good food. Last time when I washere, there was this gentleman and was very good at his job and today Annie helped us and she was very nice and took care of us.I think the manager should be very proud of his/her team members here and may be give tips to the surrounding subways in thearea :) Read more
Quick bite and it?s inside the Walmart I normally go to a part from the Custer & 121 location. It?s convenient for the whole... family when just the parents go shop groceries and the older kids and younger kids just go have their dinner or lunch. Easy andjust helpful. Read more
