Went after work on a Saturday to grab some tacos from the drive thru. I could immediately tell that the customer service was... off when I was giving my order at the drive thru speaker, BUT.. once I finally got to the window after a ridiculously long wait(I was third in line), I got absolutely no contact. The guy at the window was steadily in a deep conversation with his buddynext to him. I said thank you 3 times, really just seeing if I could get any kind of communication from him. I finally justyelled You're Welcome at him, in hopes that maybe he?d learn how simple manners work. Obviously there are parenting issuesthere, but what I?m most concerned about is the customer service training or lack there of going on at this establishment.Management has a lot of work to do here, because this was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered at a Drive Thru!! To the guy working the drive thru on Oct 30 at 7pm at the McDermott taco bell, I apologize heavily for how my grandma acted and... I am sorry for all of the yelling she did. We will be back at that location without her next time. Thank you for the wonderfulfood. Read more

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Stale tortillas, horrible and rude employees, and they put meat in my items that I... ordered off the VEGETARIAN menu. Multiple times too, tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time it's horribleand they mess something up. No excuse, do yourself a favor and don't eat here, go to a different Taco Bell or the Taco Casa justup the road. Will never eat here again. Read more

The crew working September 17th 2022 around 11 pm did an excellent job at handling a very busy drive thru. They remained calm... and super polite throughout the rush and their good service is super appreciated. Read more

I?ve always had a good experience here until today. I place an online order and I show us 30 minutes after they have already... open. No one was available at the Teleprompter, and I had to wait several minutes at the window and knock multiple times beforesomebody answered. When I told him I was picking up my order, he gave me an attitude and asked me to pull around to the frontthat way. After several minutes of waiting, I try to come into the lobby but the door is locked. He obviously still needed toturn on everything! I banged on the front door and he did not answer. I come around the drive-through again, this time thescreen was on but he did not answer. I had to leave or else I was going to be late to work? this was uncalled for!!! Read more

I ordered a black bean crunchwrap fresco style with potatoes and guacamole. Literally got everything EXCEPT THE BLACK BEANS.... That is HALF of my meal gone. I don't care how cheap this food is, that is an egregious mistake that robbed me of mymoney. Edit: I didn't even get a receipt from them, so now I can't go back and complain. The top of my crunchwrap got burnt,too. Read more

Can?t follow orders at all ?. Waited over 1 hour for my food and paid for the Variety sup pack and instead I got beans crunchy... tacos? Please see photos and don?t make any orders at this location? they obviously hate their job . Read more

If you love spending money on cold old food, this is the location for you. The only way to get hot fresh food is when the drive... thru is packed. Any other time they don't serve fresh food. Chalupa shells are chewy like day old french bread and the meat wasmore of a grease party because it was so cold. I finally figured out that they don't give receipts so you can't participate intheir survey. I was so disappointed when I got home today and too tired to go back out, I just threw everything away. Well noteverything, my drink was the only thing from this order that was satisfactory. Read more
