Great food, but terrible customer service. Went there on a whelm and was originally enjoying the place until the waitress never... returned to the table to check or remember to bring out the rest of my food. Blue Fish has been a long time staple of mine. For along time my husband and I enjoyed the bar area of the one off of Frankford... and the Tollway for the longest. Today, my daughter and I tried this location for lunch while doing some shopping. Same greatservice. Same quality sushi. I had an Asian Pear Margarita that was really refreshing in this heat. I’m a big fan ofYellowtail, so I had a Samurai roll - very good- and she had a Rainbow roll. Blue Fish is consistent. If I had one complaint itwould be that they might be a tad overpriced. Upscale sushi and Rice bowl restaurant in Watters Creek. Parking is limited and can be a major hassle during busy times. Nice... outdoor patio. Wait staff were attentive and polite. Prices are rather on the high side. Food is a very good quality and flavor. Read more
The food was great. The service was terrible. 2 servers were nice, but the server (Benjamin) that we had made many mistakes and... he seemed to have experience in The Blue Fish. We got the wrong order and had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes. They seemedshort staffed, but this isn’t the first time that they gave us the wrong order. He saw that we put Eel roll on the paper andsaid that he threw it away. We saw the paper in the drawer, AND he saw it in the drawer too. And when we called to reserve aspot outside, one of the servers that answered said we have seats and said it would take around 30 mins. I have heard great things about Bluefish Allen, but it was a very sour experience. The customer service was about the same as... McDonalds, very slow, not interested in customer service, and easily annoyed. After spending $85 I expected the quality to bebetter. I ordered salmon sashimi that was chewy and not very good. I ordered other rolls that also didn’t meet myexpectations. This place has potential and maybe was a great restaurant at one point, but I will not be returning. Read more
