We celebrated a birthday event here this past weekend and are extremely disappointed. We usually come here once a year and have... been for the past 7-years. First, walking into the establishment, the greeting from their staff was absent and seemed as thoughthey were not happy to be there. Each section has their own waiter but why is the service still sub-par and extremely slow? Inoticed that some of the waiters were very attentive whereas but our waiter hardly checked on his tables. I would like tomention that the food was not even luke warm but instead it was cold. For a client spending more than $1,000+ on a 2 hour eventthis is disturbing. We did address our concerns with the manager, which she did not show any interest. We had so many greatmemories here but this place definitely has went downhill. The convenience of it's location is great but we would rather travela little further to enjoy the experience and what we paid for. *** Top Golf executive management, please look at all the recentand low reviews posted. I?ll never go back to this location. Part of the reason I go to Top Golf is to see the tracer. This location does not have... that. This location is super outdated and feels cramped. Staff is friendly, but there?s a real issue with paying standardpricing for Top Golf, without it really feeling like a Top Golf. I?d recommend The Colony location as it is much more investedin. The Allen location also has an issue with ball delivery. I feel like I have to wait 15-20 seconds for a ball to come outthe feeder. If you are like me and you go solo specifically to practice hitting all of your clubs, this cuts in to your time. Drive the extra miles to The Colony location. It?ll be much more worth it. Otherwise, go to a regular driving range, becausethis location is practically that. Read more
There was an hour wait list at 11am on a Tuesday for the middle and top floors. We signed up and came back and they gave us a... bottom floor spot (which had no one on it this whole time). When we mentioned that we are specifically on the waitlist for amiddle or top spot they refused to move us. We still got charged for the whole hour even though we left. The golf and server were fine. The manager was horrible. Our time had just ended and we were waiting for our server to come back... to our table so he could bring us a to go box for our food. When he came back he said his manager said we needed to leaveimmediately as our time had expired and he explained to us she said it's policy. Our time literally ended two minutes prior andwe were waiting on our server to bring us to go boxes. This manager needs more training or she should have simply asked usherself instead of making her server look foolish. We may not be back to this location. Read more
The waitress was nice that?s why they get 1 star. But the whole place was filthy. Also? this is our 2nd time at this location... forgetting sunglasses on the table walking back within minutes to get them and NO ONE has seen them or turned them in.
