Taking two stars because we order through app and ask for FOUR picantes but received SIXTEEN. Last time there were 8-10 extra.... What is going on? Extra plastic waste. Also monetary waste for establishment. Manager should address. Read more

I went in about 15 minutes ago or so, and as I'm on a school trip to the playoffs I didn't have alot of time. And so when I went... in I was immediately helped, the man who helped me got my order through quick and easy. And I only had to wait about 3 minutesfor my order to be done, and the fries were delicious and fresh, the burger was perfectly cooked and exactly as I ordered it.And the lady who handed it to me was very nice. I'd actually been having a terrible day today and they managed to put a smile onmy face, I'm sad I didn't catch your names but I hope you see this and you know you are wonderful people. Excellent, courteous service. Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious, and looked nice; not like other fast food joints where... sorry-looking ingredients are thrown together. Here, fresh tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and just the right amount of ketchup andmustard. Good amount of crisp bacon strips. Limited time: Wonderful white chocolate raspberry milkshake. I could see a swirlof raspberry syrup! Accident? Maybe, but certainly had a nice visual appeal. Read more

Whoever was working the drive through ordering around 10 PM, September 4 needs a serious attitude check. Completely unprovoked,... just asked a simple menu question on breakfast that could have been responded to with a simple "no", chose to yell at my wifethrough the mic. Good job management hiring such a tool, sure theres plenty more there than just him too. Yelling at yourcustomers is definitely a unique business strategy, I'm sure you'll get excellent results from it. Read more

After several failed attempts at this location, we will go elsewhere. Our orders from this location are often incorrect, and... there is always a significant delay. The icing on the cake was when our order was wrong today. The associate ignored me foralmost a minute while I was standing in front of him at the register. He then looked up at me and started to walk away. I said"excuse me" politely and he stopped. I told him that my order was missing 3 orders of fries. His response was "Sorry, I can'thelp you. My shift ended" and went to walk away. I gave him a look with my head sideways and he said "oh, do you want me to tellsomeone else?". There are a lot of people looking for work right now. It's mind boggling to me that these were the best workersinterviewed and hired. Read more
