I ordered last week when they offered their buy one get one chicken sandwich promotion. Wingstop typically has good chicken and... sauces (we used to go several years ago in a different state.) Unfortunately our experience this time wasn't great. I orderedthrough the app. When I got to the store there was only one poor woman making food for everyone, with a younger man in a capworking the register. The food wasn't ready when it said it would be, I was told I needed to wait around 6 min and naturally 15min later I was still waiting. When I got back home with the food we discovered that my wife's sandwich was completely raw inthe middle so we had to finish cooking it in the air fryer. The sandwich itself is more expensive than their competitors AND isa smaller piece of chicken. We haven't tried their traditional wings at this location but now I'm thinking it isn't worth therisk. I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order at 4pm. Website said delivered before 5pm. There was nothing delivered. ... When I called them, I was just told to enter a whole new order with a vague promise that my undelivered order would get creditedat some point. This was from the manger! Unbelievable to me that they would be totally unwilling to compensate for theirmistake. I will never order from this location again, and recommend you do not either. Read more
Worse yet, I use to come here all the time but new staff. They messed up my order twice then when I asked for a refund due to... their error I was told I couldn't get a refund because they were closed I could only get a credit. Hello, I don't want a creditI wanted my money refunded to me. They messed up on my order twice. The crazy part is I ordered at the register how can you messup an order twice when I showed them my receipt twice and then the young lady didn't give me my receipt back. Usually pretty good, but the last few times we have went their fries did not have seasoning. We went a few days ago (we put in... an online order) and it told us it would be ready in 20 minutes. We left our house 30 minutes later and when we arrived to pickup our order they stated they had no record that our order was placed. This was after my husband showed them the order email onhis phone! We then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to enter our order in again and cook our food! Read more
