The nachos supreme had shredded cheese that wouldn't melt, so weird. My husband got a chili dog and the casing would not be... chewed up. Most dogs are softer and can be shredded with teeth. The food was ordinary and the service was good, this wasn?t the issue. They have their workers in 81 degree heat, the plates I... ordered (coney dog, Caesar salad and French toast) had red jelly on them from something??? I wasn?t even sure they were clean,the table had no extra napkins, and the manager didn?t offer anything in regards to all these problems.. I didn?t ask the serverfor anything extra because she?s already suffering in the heat. I tried to explain all this with the manager, to which he justresponded with excuses and talking over me, with several ?I?m sorry?s? while I?m trying to explain the problems. Then I?m toldthey?ve been having issues with the AC for months! Like replace it then???? Guess the owner doesn?t care about their staff! Great tasting food and excellent service! Chicken pita just as l like it! Fries throughly cooked golden and crispy! Ice cold... drinks with refills. Outstanding waitstaff. Good coney. Very loud and overcrowded. Busboy cleaning off tables was throwing stuff. Didn't appreciate... them leaving cart with dirty dishes next to my table. Restaurant very warm and I noticed some waitstaff wearing personal minifans around their necks. So it wasn't just me. Prop open a door and get some ventilation inside.
