The worse pizza I ever had. Picked up a hot and ready last night ???? How is 4 day old pizza from anywhere else better than your... "cold and nasty" pizza. Must have been sitting there all day. On top of being overcooked. Pizza was DRYYY-like no moisture atall, wondered if there was ever any sauce or if it was all cooked off. cheese was rock hard -very very very far from beingmelted. Pizza was cold, and pizza was extremely thin, i wish i could share a pic, how can you even serve this garbage and takepeoples money for it? It wasn't even edible, it was dog food. wish i would have looked at it before i left-would have just askedfor my money back on the spot. First time at this location-would not come back for free food. Derp location. Any other store in Michigan will be better. Ask for a CHEESE pizza, they will hand you pepperoni and you will... probably have to bake/broil it for few minutes once you get home to finish cooking it. Read more
There were no parking spots, you can say about 4 but 10 cars trying to park. No pizzas were ready in the portal. I ordered... online and said my order was ready but they tell me they have no order under my name. Guy in front of me trying to use apple pay10 times the cashier says it works on their end "sometimes". Was a pain. Pizza was hot. They need to update their tech. Thinkwould help everyone Read more
This location use to be the best! Lately their quality of a good product is far less than par. I ordered a speciality pizza... today and they only had toppings on half the pizza. Also, I ordered their new M&M brownies and the brownies were so melted, itseemed like the cookie part was all mush and uncooked dough. I called to speak with their manager and he said yeah okand.....that was his response. I couldn't believe it. I will not be ordering from that establishment anymore. Read more
They messed up my order, so they had to redo it. Was not my fault what so ever. My remade pizza and bread sticks had so much... Italian seasoning on it, it was unedible. My cheese deep dish pizza had so much sauce on it, it was unbelievable! And they hadto have dumped the whole bottle of fake butter on it. What a horrible experience!
