Very slow service. Waited 15+ minutes for a bagel that they didn?t even have. I then asked the manager for other vegan options... and she did not know any types of bagels that were vegan. Didn?t even offer a refund for the bagel either. Ended up ordering aneverything bagel and waited another 10 minutes for this sad excuse for food. Coffee was probably the worst I?ve seen at anyrestaurant. My 15$ Mr. Coffee maker can make cheaper and better tasting coffee than this Panera. Terrible service and a hugedisappointment for Panera. Not to mention I left a $3 tip, I wish I could take it back. Read more

So, this was the second time giving this place a try. Ordered the Capone sandwich, first bite tasted like nasty grease. My girl... ordered grilled cheese was NOT grilled at all. This is the first time every I had to remove the food from my mouth and not eatwhile dining out. Horrible horrible experience both times. Waitstaff was great though. Bakery stuff is great and they have good drinks as well. I ordered the frontega chicken and I was so disappointed with my... sandwich I didn't eat it and asked for a refund. There was very little in it and looked very sad, not worth what I paid. Read more
Quiet and cozy place to study. However make sure to check your order before pick-up. Most likely, they will mess it up for you.... Tables are clean but floors need to be swept. Read more

This went into the trash. It was right out of the oven yet it was cold. Even if it was baked in the devils oven and was given to... me in flames it still wouldn't be good. Frozen pizza is better and I can't stand frozen pizza. On the bright side the servicewas outstanding and I will cross the globe for their cookies. Read more
Very slow wait for food, around 40 minutes. There were no more lids for drinks in soda fountain area. There was no where to put... our dirty plates and bowls when done eating as stacks of dishes were left in restaurant area on top of garbage bins withoutstaff coming around the clean up. The restaurant was very clearly understaffed. If we had been warned about the long wait itwould have helped manage our expectations or we could have went somewhere else. The food was thankfully good and hot when we didget it which is why I added a star. Read more
