Look: This place is not the best Middle Eastern restaurant. I've read some recent reviews and to me they seem... genuine. However, what restaurant is perfect? -I got a hair in my food! -The food tasted like Turkey! -The soup had notaste! -The Chicken was dry and rubbery! -It was overpriced! -The portions were too small! -The service was slow! -They wereclosed when I got there when I ordered from Grub Hub! Grub Hubs fault for taking the order! Seriously! You are leaving a 1star review for those excuses. You should be ashamed of yourselves! These people that work there try very hard. I orderedthere yesterday and the food was good! The Hummus, The Chicken Shawarma sandwiches (with French fries in it)....really good anddifferent! Not a 10 more like an 8. But I will be back. I got a lamb shawarma wrap and a side of rice. The rice stole the show, but the wrap was full of lamb and it was good. The pita... was a little thin and didn't hold up, but that didn't take away from the meal. Worth the stop and a return visit. Read more

We've been going to Shish Palace since they opened, and we have ordered a wide array of items from their menu. We have been... extremely pleased overall. Usually, we order much more than we can possibly eat so that we have plenty of leftovers. Read more
I wish I could have eaten 0 review. I ordered a $37 shawarma platter and the cooks and owners should be ashamed of serving this... food...lamb is full of fat and grizzle and chicken totally flavorless and dry. This little hidden gem in Allen Park is an excellent Middle Eastern restaurant that has a wide offering of diverse foods and... appetizers. I have never had a bad meal. I paid $72 for a GrubHub LUNCH order that entailed 2 entrees, salad w chicken and a hummus. $9 was a tip and about $3 for fees.... Fine. I got 4 cubes of chicken over rice with maybe 3 chunks of carrots with a side for $15 under their lunch deals. Chickencame separately from Salad and was 1/4 full container. I wanted a side hummus and the only option was a $12 one, which isridiculous in my opinion. Salad was dripping w dressing therefore had to transfer salad items on to my entree box. No utensilsor napkins and I specifically checked the box as I’m moving and don’t have any assessable. Food, however, was good and tastybut did not pay attention to detail which makes all the difference hence this review which I never do! Read more
