Good steak tacos, Mexican style. Seems like homemade guacamole. Tasty horchata, but expensive $5. Very nice waitress.

Let me start with our server. Just the nicest person. She either loves her job, or deserves an Oscar. She knew the menu like a... professional and helped us make amazing choices. I had the fajita shrimp burrito, and it life altering. I tried their strawberrymargaritas and loved it. Never had one before, but darned good. If you are in the area. Best Mexican in the area. Food is well presented and has excellent flavor. I’ve enjoyed both of the entrees I’ve tried -... Fajitas Del Mar & Grilled Chicken Tacos. For seafood lovers, I would highly recommend any ‘Del Mar’ option on the menu. Thejalapeno margarita is delicious, if you’re a spicy marg fan. Jalapeños wheels and Tajín rim balanced by just a bit ofsweetness make it one of my favorite margaritas in the area. Read more

The Nachos del Mar (Seafood nachos, shrimp crab and scallops) here are good. The wait staff is friendly without being... overattentive, and the coffee clearly is fresh, even at night. The cold drinks (a mimosa for my guest) are beautiful andflavorful. Read more

Excellent food! The atmosphere was typical to these style restaurants, Spanish music in the background and tiles on most... surfaces. The servers are obviously all new and learning, but I was a bit shocked when my margarita came without a rim of salt.The menu was large but organized well making it easy to find the style of dish you're looking for. All three of our dishes camewith a hefty amount of meat/toppings and was all delicious. One thing to note is the preference of cash payment, with a 3%upcharge for using credit.
