They only care about online orders never go in person. They told me 5-10 minutes for one single cheese pizza I waited over half... an hour and had to leave because I had class. The whole time they had atleast 15 online orders come through and get the itemsthey wanted. They even kept restocking the pepperoni pizza and bread but wouldn?t make a cheese pizza. the guy upfront was incredibly rude. to begin with when we ordered and when got our food and left and realized we were missing... something so is incredibly rude. I came back in and he said " is there a problem?!?" very snippy and i go " i think we're justmissing a bread stick" and he goes " NO your ordered two" and then he goes back on the computer and checks and he saw we orderedthree and he goes " well ur gonna wait bc there's none left very rudely. i was very embarrassed for his attitude. I walked in to order a pizza and the man serving us was very rude towards me and my friend. We also watched him say very rudely... to other costumes when they asked for the right amount of bread sticks that they ordered that they ordered 2 and then said it?llbe another 5 minutes in a harsh tone. He walked away well I was paying and would not come back to give me my receipt and wasrude well handing me my receipt. I wanted to leave a good review because after a mess up on my pizza, the crew was very understanding about it. I have digestive... issues with a lot of foods so my order is always very specific no matter where I go so I dont get sick. They were veryunderstanding about this and made a new pizza for me and threw in breadsticks as compensation for waiting so long. The pizza wasvery good so the wait time was not a bother for me. Terrible sums it up. The prices are high now and the food is gross. LC used to be good. The crazy bread was the best. Now the... prices are high and quality is down. Mostly because the food isn?t prepared or cooked properly. Ive tried it a few timesrecently and the pizza isn?t cooked properly- I ended up throwing it away and cooking something at home. Ordered online for pickup for a party. 10 pizzas and 5 crazy bread. We were shorted on our order. Called for a refund of what we... were not given. The ?manager? said he didn?t have time right now and would have to search my order. Then he said he wouldn?t beable to issue the refund without recharging me for the entire order. What? Wouldn?t give me Joe?s number (the franchise owner).I guess I need to call corporate next week. I?m sure they will direct me back to the store. What a joke. As a pizza takeout and now delivery restaurant... Little Caesars has kept it fresh with their new and ever changing new to the... menu. We have loved almost every new thing that has been added to the menu. ( almost everything) The Stuffed Crazy Bread waslacking compared to the value but that might just be my family. Slice n sticks is a 2 person pizza that we love. Hopefully theykeep it on the menu in addition to the Extra Most Best, yes that is what it is called. Read more
