Have been a customer for years, ordering food from them for family get togethers in Oakhurst. Last Sunday a female family member... asked to use their restroom and was denied unless she made a purchase. That may be their policy, but that?s no way to treat alady! We are no longer customers. I ordered a Pizza online and I forgot to add a soda so I called the place and asked them if they can charge me the soda over the... phone and just send it with the online order delivery. I thought it would be simple. The very rude guy on the phone said no I?mnot going to charge a card for a soda I don?t have time, I?m busy doing pizza. I said wow that is not very nice and asked tocancel my order. He could have been nicer about it. I had made a $34 oder and because he didn?t want to charge a soda he lostthat order. Some people just shouldn?t work in customer service. I didn?t ask for anything crazy and he was very rude. You don?ttreat customers like that, I?m paying for a service not asking for it for free. I will never order from here again. Edit: Theowner is trying to excuse his behavior with them being busy. It is all how you say things, he said he was blunt*, that is notblunt. You are plainly RUDE and horrible at customer service. You could have worded things differently but as I can see in othercustomer reviews, you love to be nasty to your customers. Maybe take some customers service classes before you work with thepublic. You could have handled my request VERY differently but you chose to be nasty and than come here and excuse yourbehavior. For Lunch the next local business was Serpicos Pizzeria. Sampled a slice of white pizza with tomato slices and the Serpicos... Special with all of the normal toppings. Both were delicious and hit the spot. Read more
Just the best! Serpicos is the food I miss the most after moving to Nashville.
