Been living on South Side of Allentown 21 years. Susquehanna Street 7-11 goes thru lot of employees so never get to know... anyone. But owner is a sweetheart. After even sporadic trips at times sheba gentleman who might be homeless still remembers myname and greets me. This is what keeps me coming back to this location even if I know I'm spending a little more for anitem. Just feels good to have a store owner care. Store is usually always well stocked,and clean. (And with location andpeople throwing trash all over a lot of the time, the lot is above average on cleanliness!) Only issue is pretty much customersleaving losing lottery tickets all over the place and ATM is back of store so always looking over my shoulder when getting cashout. Never pay ATM fee and can get minimal cash back at register which is good if you need a few $$ Owner allows gentleman ( whomay be homeless) to play his guitar for a donation,which I'm totally fine with because he's NOT pushy.And that also,is a rarityfor store owners anymore. There are the few homeless who get up in your face for change,and can see them as you go in store soto avoid if they're pushy. Other then this LONG REVIEW, definitely recommend Susquehanna Street Allentown(South Side)location! (Just watch when backing up,crazies like to cut you off in lot ,ALMOST causing several accidents over the years) Read more
Place isn't too bad. Just wish it was a little more cleaner by the coffee machines
This place is terrible. Bad service. Terrible to customers. Asked them to split the amount of purchase onto two cards, the man... put it entirely onto one card. They did not listen to the customers needs and failed to resolve the situation. I refuse to shopat this store ever again. I'd rather drive the extra mile to get to a better convenient store. Don't shop here!!! Read more
Always friendly service, low gas prices and good hot foods. However late night safety is an issue
Dirtiest 7-11 in the area . I stopped in there once and it smelled like strong urine and feces . Very rude customer service by... far . But hey all they want is the money from working citizens that commute along the st it's located on . Visit WAWA .... Read more
