I went to Arby?s on 9/16/22 and ordered myself a meal with a Jamocha shake, I get home and take a sip of the shake and it taste... funny and immediately my mouth is tingling and burning. I?m allergic to peanuts so I thought maybe the sensation was a crosscontamination, so I make my mother take a sip. She takes a sip immediately spits it out and says it taste like bleach, so Irinse my mouth out and start chugging water. Once I feel fine I go back to Arby?s to tell that about what happened. I asked ifthey just recently cleaned the machine thinking maybe it was leftover soap residue from the machine, they said no they didn?tclean the machine today!!! BIG READ FLAG they didn?t give me a receipt when I went through the drive through, so the manager wasrefusing to give me a refund telling me that milkshake smells fine. This was such a horrible and scary situation, I callcorporate and all they do is offer me a coupon and said they?ll inform their leadership team?I am never eating at arbys everagain Read more
06302022 7:15 PM 90° out, came in to get a lemonade. Waited five minutes, somebody comes out and says the lobby is closed. I... asked for a manager. I am told this is unit number 1093. Male staff member with black shirt tells me he don?t give a ?F?. andthat he feels threatened. The staff member should not appear in public until a psychiatric evaluation is performed. Will becalling this evening to see if an incident report was started by the manager yet. I will be calling corporate thereafter. Peopledo not risk their money for a store so staff can abuse the public. There was a young lady with a purple hat on next to me whenthe staff member told me he doesn?t give a F. This is surreal. I decided to order through Uber Eats for dinner. I should have decided to go somewhere else. I put an order through for a... cheddar and roast beef sandwich, an upgraded fry and shake with it too. Of course, you have to meet the minimum delivery to getreduced fees, so I got two cookies (sounded pretty good in theory). My driver brings the food, but only delivers a small bag,stapled shut. It didn?t really look like a sandwich, fries, milkshake and two cookies could fit in there. Where is the rest ofmy food? I submit my concern through Uber, and they only refund me half of my purchase (that?s laughable as I only received 1out of 5 items). Then I finally get to my sandwich (which smells a little funny) and THIS. The extra crispy sandwich wrapper Ididn?t order either! Now that my sandwich has some extra toasted paper flakes to top it off, my ENTIRE meal is inedible. So gladI wasted my money to get this!! Read more
Staff was great chicken nuggets were horrible tasting and smelled horrible as well check out picture. It seems they were taken... out of the freezer plopped into oil and cooked before they thawed from being frozen or they were outdated. Yuk yuk horrible evenreceived a second serving was just as horrible as the first. Second complaint was the receipt for my purchase. Can?t be read.Ink was depleted or dried out. Mentioned this to the hostess about having the ink changed she shrugged her shoulders. Words alone cannot express the satisfaction delivered by this amazing establishment and their staff. From the food being brought... to our table, to the TV playing shows WE REQUESTED, to the cleanliness and wonderful aroma, outlets to charge your phones, Icould go on and on. I came here for my birthday and will be doing do again for the forseeable future. The employees are so kindand chill, the vibe is just off the chain for a "fast food" joint. Okay so i barely eat here and when i do i always order the same things. I didn't mind waiting the 15 mins in line even though i... was late for work a few minutes. This is what grossed me out. I literally drank half of this coke and there was this piece ofhair and plastic. ???????????????? I literally just threw up at work. I am never getting food here ever again!!!!! Plenty of parking for eat in customers. Also has drive-through. Courteous and friendly staff. Manager always on duty. The food... is always fresh and the prices are reasonable - especially if you take advantage of their happy hour menu. Read more
