Been trying to order an ice cream cake online for months and the website doesn't allow ordering at the Bethlehem location. No... cakes are available. I contacted corporate who told me each store is individually owned so I need to contact the store. Defeatsthe whole purpose of online ordering if I have to call. Guess I'm ordering online at Carvel. Very inconsistent. It's the young people there that know how to make the drinks correctly and follow directions. I ordered a... jamoca milkshake that tasted like it had alcohol in it. I also ordered a frozen cappuccino that had whole oreos in it instead ofblended. They sometimes mix the jamoca almond with the jamoca. God forbid you have an allergy. Disappointing. Read more

Very inefficient drive through. Waited far too long. Ordering was slow and had to relay the order several times. Paid for the... two sundaes and come to find out they overcharged as well. Won't be returning. Read more

I sat in line for 15 mins (in the drive through) to end up, getting to the window and the workers saying there is not ice cream... or cones?! This is unacceptable to be a Baskin Robbins (ice cream shop) and not have ice cream! Read more

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with out of any Baskin Robbins nearby. As a DoorDash driver we are obligated to... walk inside and manually place orders no different from any other customer walking in. This restuarant and it's staff seem todespise us drivers and therefore come up with any reason to dismiss, push aside or flat out deny service. They will spout outreasons why certain items cannot be prepared for delivery due to the nature of the item or will complain that they have far toomany drive thru customers and not enough staff. I understand those circumstances but at the end of the day it is not my problemnor is it the customer's problem. I am delivering to your customer. Baskin Robbins customer. Therefore you are going against theagreement in place with Doordash to provide service to those people. Here is a solution. TAKE YOUR MENU AND YOUR SERVICES OFF OFDOORDASH. IF YOUR STAFF HAS AN ISSUE WITH PROVIDING SERVICE TO US DRIVERS THEN THERE IS NO REASON YOU SHOULD BE OFFERING SERVICETO DOORDASH'S USERBASE. All of the staff is rude, lazy, incompetent and lack basic customer service ettiquite. Read more

I was a big fan of Baskin way back in the day . In honor of the good ol days i took my daugther in the other day to this... Catasaqua rd location and what a dissapointment Starting with the service i mean me and my daughter were the only ones at theestablishment and i count 2 cars at the drive thru . Took like 11 minutes to one of this chicks to say hello socond to that shedidnt know the ice creams at all we were pointing at it and she still try to serve us something else no joke this joints dontknow what theyr doing anymore they just trying to sell coffee and thats it Quit the ice cream bussines if u dont care anymoreplease. Shakes are okay. Service however not so much. Older woman with the headphones that has corn row braids at the counter... She... had an attitude the minute I walked in the door. She seemed really put out. Someone that would probably be better off in backnot interacting with customers. The two young girls that were also running the counter were much more polite and friendly. They had no attitude whatsoever. Read more
