This place is always busy and they are never short staffed. The employe retirees to get you refills if needed. The place is... always clean and the employees are professionals and polite. Will never understand the lines at the drive through for Chick-fil-A. Exceedingly long, but the food (as always) was excellent.... Deluxe chicken sandy with fries and a lemonade. An old guy was fishing out something he dropped... into the drain with a stick and then I see a chic Fila worker trying to help him out in peak rush hour and yet the lime wasstill moving smoothly. We always come to this Chick-fil-A and never a problem, unfortunately today the women standing outside of the window were... gossiping and rude, didn't acknowledge me or the questions I tried to ask about the sauce I didn't receive. I pulled around themso my car wasn't very close to the window and they refused to take my card or hand me my food, both myself and the girl insidethe building had to reach as far as we could in order to make the exchange, with the two girls outside talking amongstthemselves. On another note there was plastic found in my salad. Super upset over my experience here today! Read more
If you?ve never eaten at a Chick-fil-A DO NOT start here?you will never understand why people love it so much. Go to Whitehall... or Quakertown or really anywhere else, I?ve been to dozens but this place has been horrible since before Covid. The fries arealways half full and floppy and uncooked. The chicken isn?t crispy either and as others have stated your drink will be warm andwrong and your sauces forgotten. Chick-fil-A is normally the best fast food chicken, fries, and sweet tea you?ll ever find notto mention guest service, just not at this poorly run establishment. I live 2 minutes away and opt to drive twenty + to go toone of the others, otherwise I regret it every time. Read more
So far I love the attitude and attention of the workers here, even though, they mix orders sometimes. overall it is a good fast... food experience. Be aware ,this is a partial review. reason why is because is only base on drive-thru. Also and very inportant,avoid rush hour if you only intend to grab something quick to eat since popularity of the place creates long waiting line fromtime to time. Read more
I love going here for lunch! Lines are almost always long but food is good and it?s not a bad place to grab a snack! I love this... place specially because I get the 5 piece grilled nuggets here for my Pup and they always include a lot of napkins so I canclean the nuggets before feeding Ally her snack!
