Let's chat about the female employee with the tattoos, black hat, and bad attitude problem who was working yesterday 9/26/22,... around 5:45/6:00pm when my friends and I came to pick up our online order yesterday! Waiting 30+ minutes for food that the appsaid was done 20+ min ago, then having this girl, roll her eyes, give us attitude, and whisper and mumble things to hercoworkers, all while glaring at us. None of us were rude to her, simply asked if she had any idea where my friends food orderwas because my other friend and I got ours already and walk-in customers were all getting their food, yet my friend was justgetting nasty stares and eye rolls. On top of that, a guy walks in with take out food boxes from another restaurant, hands themto this same girl, and her and 2 other workers disappeared to the back, meanwhile my friend still hadn't received her food. I'massuming the black hat means this girl is a lead or something? If that's the case, do better Five Guys, she is the single worstcustomer service worker I've ever encountered lol. Wish I would've got her behavior on video so corporate could see what they'repaying her to do. I'll make sure everyone knows how careless and disrespectful this location is, and how Five Guys thinks it'sokay to treat customers like trash. As for miss Black hat, you're not getting very far in life with that garbage attitude, hopebeing smug was worth it. Read more

The food is amazing! I don?t recommend it for someone with a peanut allergy though. They service peanuts and cook with peanut... oil. The milkshakes are amazing! Read more
Good Burgers, fries wimpy, shake real good. Service is slow but burgers are made to order. However. Two burgers, one order of... fries to be split between two, and a shake to be split between two with tax and tip came to $40.00. The food wasn?t $40.00 good.Sorry. Read more
Went in here today ordered a large fry and I guess they changed their we fill the cup and put some into the bag policy. Ugh we... got a cup of fries with no -none extra in the paper bag.Their was really only enough fries for one person. Just one person.Hate to see what their small fries are like.. . Ugh.. And the cost was Just about 8 dollars. For a single cup of Frenchfries.???? ugh ! This time it was not, I mean not worth the stop. ???? Note pictures here reflex our Large French fries order..Ugh ! I have eaten here and a few other five guys and I always like the burgers and cheese dogs. The peanuts are a good item to have... if there is a long line of folks waiting for their orders. Most locations have the Coke blending machines and I really like thatfeature. I really love the fries here, but never get a large because even the small order they put the equivalent of a secondsmall order in the bag loose. Read more

The burger was good. A little overpriced. The same food you get from BK or McD but more expensive.
