My fiancé and I had an amazing experience. This was our second time here and very pleased to see the menu had changed with a... large variety of options for both of us. We ordered the crab and mango spring rolls, but since I have a coconut allergy, weasked for a substitute sauce. The chef made an aoli that paired phenomenally with it. We also had the ricotta gnocchi which wasgreat. For dinner my fiancé ordered the Ostrich and upon asking about the taste, what it would be compared to, they comparedit to a cross between Duck and Beef but more on the leaner side. He thoroughly enjoyed it - and now we have a newexpense/addiction ????. I ordered the dry aged NY Strip. Everything came cooked to perfection and they even had one of ourfavorite wines! Chronology was an excellent pair with our dinner. For dessert we shared the apple creme brulee (can't rememberthe official name). It was to die for. We very much look forward to dining here again. I went to this Restaurant with group of 11 people. I forget to make reservations but This guys are amazing and accomodated us... with almost no wait time. Vacationing in Pennsylvania. I wanted to do something that was low-key but really good. My sister-in-law, Jenn, got a job at... grille 3501 and I was ecstatic to go and try their food. This was me and my partner's first night out without our children sincethey were born and from start to finish, Our experience was fantastic. I would have taken more pictures of the food in thebeginning but I was so hungry that I couldn't help myself. We got roasted pork belly appetizer with kimchi and cucumbers, whichI asked for an additional side of. We also got to enjoy their house mussels. Nice spicy broth. Not only was the food fantasticbut we had really good drinks as well. Blackberry old fashioned and my partner had a mule. With our entrees we had a really nicepino noir. For dinner, we got to enjoy veal cutlets with barley and mushrooms and a very very delicious bone-in pork chop withduck fat roasted potatoes. Can't stress enough how good of an experience we had. Loved the ambience, cocktails and food! Our waitress was very attentive and kind to offer her suggestions. My only complaint is... that the second floor seating area was extremely hot. But besides that I would definitely visit again. Read more
We had an amazing dinner at 3501! I had the pork chop and my wife had the sea bass. Both were cooked perfectly. I have never... had a pork chop so tender... the secret? It is injected with fat and it stays juicy and tender that way. The creme brule was sogood too! Highly recommend! One note, they had three seating areas: outside, a casual bar area, and a more fine dining area. Wesat in the bar area. It was a bit loud but it had good energy. Read more
UPDATE: Pretty disappointed from our most recent visit. The tuna tartare was more tomato than tuna. The Oven Roasted Cod was... awful as a whole. The basmati rice was over cooked, crunchy and burnt and the cod was unseasoned. The green beans were the bestpart of the meal (that says something). Annie our server was amazing, and immediately informed the manager. The female managerwas very assertive, and not at all receptive, in her apology for our bad meal. She covered our dessert but we still payed $34for burnt rice and bland fish. She just walked off as if her job was done and the free cheesecake took care of the poorexperience. We have been frequent customers but after this we won't be coming back anytime soon. \ Everything was amazing. Veryeclectic food, excellent customer service (Jeff and Annie) and warm ambience.
