I never leave reviews but this time it was absolutely necessary.. I have ordered from Happy Garden for years, used to be my... absolute favorite place for Chinese food.. I stopped ordering from there about a year ago because the food just wasn't as goodas it used to be. I gave it many chances before I stopped going there.i said tonight I would give them a chance again. I orderedhouse lol mein and an order of chicken nuggets and fries for the kids. I always ask for the fries to be fried lightly becausethey are for a 6 year old. Well today they came burnt brown and FULL of grease like they didn't even let them sit for onesecond, you could squeeze the grease out of them. The shrimp in my lo mein we're almost raw I had to recook them. Needless tosay I will not be ordering from them again. I wish this had a better outcome because I used to love the food there. Rude customer service. Seem like people not spending their money. Your workers need to deliver and answer customers properly..... Also I pay for delivery and yet still drivers asking for tip. Let me be the one to offer it.. Read more
The delivery guy was very rude and embarrassed me in front of neighbors! I will never order from here again! He was mad because... I was only missing $1.31 cents and wen I was explaining it to him he exploded. I?m not the type to ever not give full amount tosomeone; but money is tight rn and he wants to get made for a dollar and some chump change. That?s why I never tip you guys Ionly tipped 1 person from happy garden and that?s it ever. You guys need better delivery drivers or just don?t do deliveries atall! Read more

Poor service?tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves but yet again order was completely wrong. How do you send beef lo... mein and chicken and broccoli and I ordered 2 beef and broccoli. What part of any of that order did I receive. 3rd time this hashappened. Will no longer be ordering from there and I do not recommend. Read more
Based on the reviews I was skeptical in ordering from here, but I'm new in town and needed a new spot! So I decided to give it a... try. I can HONESTLY say I haven't had any problems with this place at all. Not the food, not the customer service, absolutelynothing. In fact, I forgot to add something to my last order and she had already processed my card, so I told her to just forgetit - and she still sent it free of charge which was super nice!!???? I've ordered at least 4 to 5 times in the past couple ofmonths and no complaints whatsoever. Food is great, just how I like it and arrives fast. If you haven't tried them based onprevious reviews give them at least one chance! Read more
