Let me start out by saying there?s plenty of parking outside of this location and the inside is clean with an open concept... style. I don?t like the fact that you can?t order anything with a real person you have to order everything on the kiosk and thentake your ticket to a counter where you can pay if you?re using cash. This morning when I was there, there was a woman who Iassumed was the manager and she wears a maroon shirt on her. She was just very rude and nasty and very condescending towardspeople. I?m not really a fan of this McDonald?s and their customer service. I also don?t like the fact that you can?t getketchup or any utensils out anywhere you have to go to the counter and ask. Every time you go to the counter and ask forsomething, a fork, a spoon salt, packet, extra sugar, or even to use the bathroom the employees seem annoyed. Read more
I have no idea who gave this McDonald's such bad reviews, because I went there and placed a sizable order and received... everything exactly as I had requested it. In addition, the customer service was outstanding; they were so courteous that I hadno complaints. Read more

Manager does nothing while the employees have their friends get free food from them. Avoid this place unless you want to wait a... long time to get food. Bathrooms are dirty and need someone to open the door for you to use it. I seen so many better McDonald'swhich the staff were friendly and service was better. They hardly move to get food out of here like they don't care at all! Read more
Not my kind of place. Although requested at kiosk, no "number tents" available to let server know where to deliver order. No... receipt at kiosk. No pancake syrup came with order. Hash brown barely warm but WAY over-cooked. This place would benefit fromeither: 1) mystery shopper who could inform owner of deficiencies 2) fully-engaged flame thrower to level the store In summary...if you're NOT looking for a meal that could pass minimal McD criteria and simultaneously fail an inspection by the localhealth department for acceptable food, this is the place for you. Update: This McDonalds had gotten better in the past year. Before it was much longer waiting time but now it's a bit quicker,... but still room for approvement. They just got a new look within the diner and staff are more professional. I've ordered twosausage egg and cheese McMuffin and a hash brown with bottled water and it was delicious! Not messy or put together like theydidn't care. Would of took a picture of it but it was too good not to eat! They also have a lock on the bathroom doors but Iunderstand why they need to do so within the area. Read more
