Yummy food, quick service and the plate was pretty loaded. They have a variety of options. I think the platter is most inclusive... and gives you a variety of tasty things! Pita bread slices, few French fries, chicken, rice, a salad with tomato, onion,cucumbers and I?m possibly missing something? you can add additional things as well for add?l cost! give it a try! Only issue Ihad at the time was placing my order online it was continuously coming back with an error. We ordered when we got there and so Icommend them for still having speedy service times. First- we we?re excited to try them because we waited SO LONG 20 minutes?. Get home and take one bite of the steak gyro,... completely disgusting chewy steak that had zero texture other then chewy and not even cooked well done like we said we wantedthe steak. White sauce HORRIBLE. Then on top of that no seasoning on steak. It was super expensive for just 2 steak gyro $30 andon top of that nasty. Completely disappointed and a waste of money. On top of that they forgot the tomatoes we asked so you guyscan see definitely do not go there. If I go rate negative -5 stars I would! I was really hoping to like this place but what a disappointment. I ordered through Uber eats for a pickup from this restaurant... and when I got there on time for my pickup the guy just looked at me like he didn?t know what I was talking about and didn?thave my order ready at all. So I had to wait even longer at that point. When I finally got the order home I realized the twoorders were all wrong and mixed up and did not include the pita bread that was supposed to come with the platter and also theextra two sauces I paid extra for, was not given to me. This place has the worst customer service I?ve ever seen! Hour & 1/2 wait for one gyro for take out on a Sunday night with 2... employees working. There was a mother in the store with her young children. No other customers aside from us waiting on a to goorder. We ended up canceling the order & requested our money back. The young girl working walked away after the request for arefund, sat at a table, & pulled out her phone. Then finally came back, & issued the refund. Food is fresh delicious and it is a great portion for the price. Don?t listen to the reviewers just go and try it! I got the... chicken and lamb platter. For other reviewers I got a platter hence the ?few? fries it?s a platter not a size large fries. Ifyou want fries order a side order. Also people who complained about the salad it?s suppose to be mixed in so you get all theflavors in a bite. You can get that on the side too. Great job NY gyro I will be back. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Chicken platter tastes like a chicken taco. The Pita is a 2 inch soggy strip. The white... sauce was straight mayo. And I paid for toppings - didn?t get them. 50$ in the trash!!!! Read more
