This place was great when it originally opened but now every time we order the wait time is off and we end up going home with... cold food due to one item not being ready in time. Today we ordered and went to the restaurant when we were told it would beready. The kid at the register gave us our order and said the pizza would be right out, but it took 10 mins after that. Soclearly they just put it in right before we got there. He did not keep our other food under the warmer, so the rest was cold. Icould understand if they were busy, but the kid and all the cooks were standing around talking with their hands in theirpockets!!! Our pizza was the only one in the oven. Unacceptable, and this was not the first time this happened. We love the foodbut since the poor service continues we will be going elsewhere. Read more
Wish I didn't even have to leave one star. Never been more disappointed. On Friday, August 13, 2021, my family and I ordered... from Nicks Bistro & Pizzeria. We ordered a California cheesesteak, 2 angel hair with vodka sauce, a side of meatballs, a side offries, a shrimp basket, boneless hot and honey wings, a side of pierogies, and a buffalo chicken wrap. So a fairly big order. Wecalled the order In for pick up and were told by a young girl that It would be about 30 minutes which was perfect. After pickingup the order and getting home we realized our order was not correct. The California cheesesteak was bread with cheese and steakmeat no lettuce, onion, or tomato (which Is what costs the most on a California cheesesteak), they never gave us outside offries, no blue cheese for the boneless wings that we asked for so we decided to call the restaurant to get our orderstraightened out. Since we don't live far we got there and instead of the staff fixing our order as they told us they were gonnado they were standing behind the counter talking about us. We stated we did not appreciate being talked about and all we wantedwas our order corrected. We asked to speak to the owner since nothing was getting resolved and they decided to write down hisphone number for us. We called the owner and the owner was rude and not interested In resolving the situation. He kept givingthe excuse of being short-staffed which Is completely understandable in the situations all restaurants and workplaces are in.They could have made us wait for our food longer in the first place and that would have been fine, instead, the owner was nastyand vulgar to us. And to top it off the works kept calling us liars after saying we got items that we didn't. If we would havegot the items we would not have had to come back to the restaurant while the rest of our family was letting their food get coldwaiting for us. Stopped to sit down and have some pizza. The staff was extremely friendly, and the pizza was excellent! Even my two young boys... enjoyed it.. Will definitely stop by again when we're in the area. Read more
Food was subpar, wings cost $8 for 5 and weren?t sauced well, pizza was okay, but the staff was very unprofessional. Nice to... have an indoor Rita?s but they mix all the flavors with the same spoons, even the peanut butter which is a health hazard. Read more

hi..just want to share what a wonderful surprize to find Nick's Bistro..I was searching for a better calzone and a more... traditional cannoli .both are awesome..Calzone dough crust was perfect. Cannoli shell light and flaky, filling not too sugary, just like it's supposed to be..this is my new fav restaurant/pizza/dessert location.. Prices are very competitive..I used slicefor delivery ..pretty fast.. one thing to note there is a lot of competition in the Fogelsville area...make sure you try Nick's,I believe in supporting local first..
