From when they started till now, Nobody smiles at the customers or greets anyone anymore.. food is good but need to brush up on... the customer service skills. Read more
Be prepared to pay for bread. There is another half not pictured but wow. Where?s the meat?! $12 for a piece of bread and a... slice of cheese basically. Won?t be coming here again. Read more
The worst thing you can do to me as a business owner is : 1. Not acknowledge me when I walk into your business. 2. Not say thank... you when I patronize your business and 3. Charge me $15 and change for a mediocre cheese steak and lemonade. Because of theabove, I give you 2 stars and not returning to your deli. Read more
Horrible service. My greeting was 20x more enthusiastic than the girl at reception. She didn?t even greet me and spoke inaudibly... when she finally said something. I asked for hot water for my portable coffee mug and then the other lady said ?nope, you gottabuy our coffee first?. Too bad, I was gonna get a sandwich too but now that they?ve shown me how cheap they are, I just walkedout. That?s how you lose a customer folks. ???? Read more
