Met a friend at 10:30 for coffee. Two of the three caffeinated urns were empty. Half and Half was out as well. This is not the... first time this was the case. It was not busy, so there should be no reason staff was not attending to this. Read more
We spent over 40 dollars for a meal for two during lunch. We got the Fuji apple salad with chicken and the strawberry poppyseed... salad. The salads were extremely over dressed. It was soaking with dressing. We usually get Panera to try to be ?healthy? butthe amount of dressing they put on totally defeats the purpose. Chipotle chicken flatbread pizza was ok it was warm and thecheese was melty. The overall taste of the pizza was one-dimensional - sauce, cheese, and bread. Very little other flavor.Chicken teriyaki bowl with broccoli was surprisingly tasty. I would get that again?the other stuff probably not. Servicestarted off normally, but then food was extremely slow to be prepared. Finally our order was ready and we had requested it to goat the register, but the order makers made it for dine in. I informed the order marker of this error and she rolled her eyes. Iunderstand that it was lunch hour and that she was busy, so I helped her pack my orders for to go. I did not appreciate the eyerolling and she did not even apologize. Not a great experience with this Panera bread from food to service. If not for thechicken teriyaki bowl, it would?ve been 1 star. Nice place for a quiet lunch with friends. The four of us had soup and sandwich pick 2 combinations. Total cost including tip... and no drinks was about $50. Read more
The takeout order was ready before the scheduled to pick up time. The staff was very attentive and preparing the food which is... always fresh and delicious. My friend had a turkey sandwich and I had a Mediterranean salad. Both were incredible and I lookforward to having Panera again soon. I highly recommend Panera on airport road or cedar Crest boulevard and the Tilghman Streetshopping center. Read more
This particular store is very different than all other Panera's , it feels like an after thought since it's literally located in... the parking lot and over looks the infamous rt22 so nothing special here to see! I would rather go to the other Panera bread onRT 512 in Bethlehem since it offers pond view and more quite atmosphere. Read more
I placed a pickup order just today & the below was what I received. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of regard... towards food that we the consumer pay hard earned money for. The staff needs to be retrained on properly toasting bread. Read more
