What a great find while staying in Allentown. The Pho was exceptional with flavorful broth. It rivals what I have out in... LA. I also ordered the Bahn Mi and it was equally as tasty. I ?? Pho so much and finding a great pho place is hard. We travel more than 30 mins to visit PHO-NOM1NAL. The great thing about... them is you can substitute on their menu - they are very accommodating. I love everything I have had there, especially theirshrimp summer roll. Pho was good and as expected. The spring rolls were good. My son liked both. I do not recommend the Thai bubble tea, it tastes... like they used city water and it is very noticeable. Read more
Plenty of vegetarian options. Service great, cozy place. The Pho was flavorful, and we loved the spring rolls. The bahn mi was... good, just didn't care for the sweet sauce as much. The vermicelli bowl was a little bland, but all the ingredients were freshand prepared well. We'll definitely return! Read more
The name says it all: its PHO?NOM1NAL Everything we have ever had is flavorful, nicely prepared, and the staff is kind and... attentive. If you are looking for a less carby option, try the beef stew which is top notch, a very fragrant, wonderfullyspiced, with a rich broth with unctuous beef. I could eat it every day and never get tired of it. Appetizers are a must. TheShrimp Surimi are wonderful, as are the various rolls. The beef carpaccio and yes, even the chicken wings, are also verytasty. Read more
My husband and I have been here twice now and both times, it?s been great! The shrimp spring rolls are so crispy and the Pho is... hot, which is perfect during the winter. This is a regular stop for my Hubby and I for lunch. We most recently took the whole family for lunch over the weekend and the... kids loved it. They have fantastic iced coffee, and the food is great. They typically are busy but they usually seat youimmediately and it did not take long for them to serve us. The staff is very efficient, friendly, and attentive. I woulddefinitely recommend the grilled pork - decent portion size and the presentation is the nicest I've seen on this dish. (I'vegone to most of the local places and tried this dish; by far their rendition is the best.) Very efficient, tasteful setup for arestaurant. Good vibes! Read more
