Not consistent with the customer service. The moment you walk in depending who?s serving you will know if the service is going... to be up to par. Read more

This restaurant?s service is going WAY downhill. We used to love getting Saladworks for lunch from work, but I cannot even say... the last time one of our orders was correct even though we order online and everything is literally written and highlighted infront of the employee?s face the whole time they?re preparing the order! Today I picked up our lunch, and I checked the bag tomake sure that my $1.29 extra container of dressing (Which is obnoxious, FYI. I can buy a whole bottle of dressing for thatmuch.) was there, but it wasn?t. I saw that it was highlighted on the receipt, but of course it wasn?t there. It is sofrustrating! I really want to continue to frequent this restaurant, but it?s becoming more and more difficult to justify. Read more

Overall delicious food. It?s hard to choose when there are so many topping options lol! I like to stick with the pick 2 so I can... have a little bit of this and a little bit of that. You can mix and match salads, soups, wraps and sandwiches. Typically localpapers or clippers have coupons! They usually give out new coupons with your order when handing you the receipt as well! The restaurant was nice, but I noticed the manager seemed like a bully to the sweet ladies whom made my delicious salad .He was... snappy and rude to the workers. It broke my heart ,as they were so professional as they helped me . He needs to be in a officealone .He was terrible mean to the workers and it was uncomfortable..... The salad was tasty !!!!!! Absolutely atrocious. We used to eat here several times a week, but they've shrunk their salads by at least half, want spinach... or kale leaves?nope that's a topping now! 2 salads and tiny cups of vegetable soup came to over $40!. We'll never return. Read more

Incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered a create your own and it was truly the saddest salad I've ever paid $13 (plus... tip) for. The entire salad hardly filled half of the container. I ordered 7 toppings too so just imagine how small the portionsmust have been to barely fill half of the container. I wish I would have thought to take a picture before I ate it so I couldprove how genuinely pathetic it was. Normally I can't even finish a full sized salad from SW. I ate this one in about 3 minutes.Oh and apparently they started asking for tips, which I find outrageously presumptuous. If the customer feels the service isgreat and they are generous enough to tip for fast food, then awesome. But IMO you're basically guilting people to tip by askingbefore checkout. Its fast food, there isn't a waitstaff that isn't making minimum wage and depends on tips. I was far fromsatisfied with the quality of the food and service, but alas my bf is clearly much kinder than me and tipped %15 despite theblatant disappointment. I would not recommend the location at Cedar Crest Blvd. You will likely walk out upset and hungry. Read more

I?m very sad to make a 1 star review because we love Saladworks, but this is for this Cedar Crest location. We had a pick up... order and when my mother went in, a man behind the counter who seemed like he did not want to be there hastily told her ?theorders are over there? and she grabbed them and headed back to the car. I immediately noticed that they forgot my chips for mymeal so my mom went back inside and a young woman (who also looked miserable and attitudinal) just tossed my mom the bag of Layswithout saying anything to her. When we got home to eat, we noticed our salad ingredients were insanely salty. So salty wecouldn?t finish them. And the worst part for me was my panini! I asked for no tomatoes and not only was it filled with tomatoes-when I picked it up it was completely burnt on the bottom! Why would you serve that? Would it have sunken the Saladworks companyfinancially if they tossed this half a sandwich out and started over? That is why I have to give this review. I realize thattimes are hard for businesses and employees right now, but that does not mean we should disregard our courtesy and common sense. Read more

Beautiful and fresh veggies and salad fixings. Items can be made as a salad or wrap. I chose a turkey bacon panini on chiabatta... bread with ranch. It was delicious. Also got a brown butter sea salt rice crispy treat for dessert. This was our first time hereand we will be back. Read more
