We had a great night at the Dime. Great portions. The prices were fair for portion and quality. Highly recommend the braised... ribs. Our waitress was genuinely kind and accommodating. Atmosphere cozy since we were in a private room. Take Note! We werea party of 10. Just a heads up if your party is 10+ you are required to have a private room. The private room ( no view) costs100$ And yes the 100$ Is 122 $ after 22% tip. This is not a choice. Our reservations were at 5pm on a Saturday. The restaurantwas empty. We are always happy to tip generously but the forced 100$ for a room we didn?t want, felt a bit much. Read more
This is the perfect location to dine at before a show at PPL. There is an entrance right outside the restaurant doors pretty... much to get into the arena. The food here was fantastic. Highly recommend the short rib entree. The drinks were delicious buttasted like they had very little alcohol in them- that was disappointing. The seats by the window were great for views andpeople watching. I think this will be my new go-to before every show. Read more
Had brunch here with my friends, Sally, our server was very friendly and accommodating. I got the eggs benny which was delicious... along with a fresh green juice. I liked the free pastries and fruit assortment to start the brunch off, thought that was a nicetouch. They even had a live musician (she was actually good) which added to the ambiance. I recommend checking out this spot ifyou are ever in the Allentown area! Read more

May 2022 . Overall a good rating. I would recommend a try. The good: Our server, Rosa, was great. Very nice woman and very... helpful. Her excellence made up for a few minor setbacks. The food was good. Nothing spectacular but good. Generous portions.Coffee was good. Atmosphere was upscale and swanky. Probably good for a nice dinner. The Meh: Coffee cups were dirty. Thebloody Marys were not much. - Almost like tomato juice and vodka. A little on the high side of pricing in my opinion. . Read more
By far one of the WORST breakfast experiences I?ve had in a very long time. Server was very pleasant but overwhelmed clearly... inadequate staffing for such a large place there was one server and one chef. I stood at the wait desk for about 5min before thechef yelled from the kitchen she?ll be with you in a moment. A moment turned into a long awkward wait. Obviously service wassubpar (understaffed so expected) however I was not offered refills, checked on, and the manager standing 10ft away on acomputer and or toppit fe off bar items. Coffee came after about ten mins and with no cream or sugar. I asked for these thingsand they were never brought. At all. I went and got them myself from another table. Cream I got the from the bar manager whichtook another 5 to 10mins. The server had a table of 15 and an entire restaurant he should?ve been helping her. I typicallydon?t complain but wow this was bad. Waited for my breakfast, it was a grease plate. I ordered eggs over medium they were awful.No flipped and way over cooked no soft yolk at all. Bacon was definitely not drained and cooked in old grease. I went to payand they wouldn?t accept my Apple Card. Literally the physical card. It also declined by banks business card. Outrageous. I am aprominent business owner in the area. My cards are not declining. How embarrassing! It annoyed me that the manager sat at thebar and did not assist. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal at the Dime. They were extremely accommodating. We had two vegetarians and they gave us extra... of all the sides. The staff was wonderful; Especially Shawn the host who was great with my 5 year old. It was such a wonderfulatmosphere. The food was also excellent. Turkey was cooked perfectly. The pork was wonderful. The sides were great too,especially the sweet potato gnocchi. Overall just a great experience. Read more
